Rand, Ron Paul team up on Chris Christie

Rand & Ron Paul
Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) and his father, former Rep. Ron Paul (R-Tex.), both attacked New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie (R) over his address to the Republican National Committee on Thursday.

Christie, speaking at the RNC’s summer meeting in Seaport, Mass., argued that Republicans needed to focus on one thing – winning elections.

“We are not a debating society,” Christie argued. “We are a political operation that needs to win.”

Ron Paul fired back first, telling Wolf Blitzer on CNN’s “Situation Room” that Christie’s argument was superficial.

“There’s more to it than just power,” he said. “To say and do anything you want just to be in government? You have to believe in something and understand economics or you just keep doing the same things and deficits keep running up.”

its about smaller less intrusive GOVERMENT. restoring our FREEDOMS…and our LIBERTIES…getting rid of OBAMACARE and replacing it with something that works

Maybe they figure if they team up against him they can take him on pound for pound. (Ain’t gonna happen)

Christi is a Northern moderate which means
he has big government and questionable
ideas. His financial ability comes into question also in his own state. I personally do not think he is qualified to attempt to run for the office of president nor any other office out side of his state. His leadership skills are at best questionable and I think he would have the same miserable showing as McCain or Romney against the enemy.
And Yes I think the democracy party is Americas enemy base upon the action by them since 2006 when they had control of
both the house and senate and the presidency in 2008. We have seen our
economy falter and fail as has employment and the rise in our national debt, unemployment, welfare and the number of criminal illegal invaders who are crossing our borders daily.

Thank heavens for the Paul family for standing on principle and not for power. Elected officials should be true to the oath they have taken and stop compromising! Stand your(our American) ground! Thank you, Dr. Ron and Rand Paul.

  • Gerald Edgar says:

Ron Paul never did endorse Romney/Ryan or campaign for them; a poor loser & a RINO.
Ronald Reagan famously gave us the 11th commandment AND reminded all of the GOP ‘big tent’. We need all the loyal Republicans we can get as Dem’s are far better organized, have the White House and the Senate.
