Trump defends ‘temperament’ at GOP debate, rebuts Cruz criticism

by FoxNews.com  |  published on February 7, 2016

Donald Trump defended his “temperament” at Saturday’s Republican debate, challenging criticism from Texas Sen. Ted Cruz that Trump would be a trigger-happy commander in chief.

“I actually think I have the best temperament,” Trump said.

Earlier this week, Cruz responded to Trump’s criticism of his Iowa caucus tactics by questioning his temperament. He joked that with Trump in charge, Americans could wake up and find he’s “nuked Denmark.”

Trump reminded the audience at Saturday’s debate that he did not back the Iraq war.

“I was the only up here who said don’t go, don’t do it,” Trump said.

Funny how Trump cherry picks his past comments. Wonder if that means he still supports choice. Wonder if it means he still supports Obamacare. Wonder if it means he still supports Hillary. To name just a few of Trump’s comments around about the same time he claimed to support non-intervention in Iraq. Or does that mean he only supports subjects that still might be popular with his potential voters? What a fraud! I just heard a story where someone at his latest rally asked a question. Trump quickly excused himself and ran outside. He wet his finger and held it up to the wind. My only hope is most will see what a charlatan with grandiose self-regard this character really is. Last one out, please turn off the lights

Paul Ryan won’t give the gang of 8 the credit they deserve, Ryan won’t give the Radical con man Rubio the credit he deserves. instead Ryan says people like Cruz are preventing them form getting their work done. Paul Ryan a liar, he is getting his work done, funding everything obama, the gang of 8 and the con man Rubio helped him get. Ryan won’t do the work of the people using Cruz as an excuse. time for Ryan the Trader to go.
VOTE TRUMP AND CRUZ, VOTE TRUMP AND CRUZ
STOP RUBIO AND THE DC CARTEL STOP RUBIO AND THE DC CARTEL

  • rebapiper

the DC CARTEL hates Cruz and i’m glad they do because we know we have someone on Americas. Cruz will fight for America while the DC CARTEL start to fade away.
the party we support is the party cutting our throats, they can’t continue unless they have Rubio,Bush or Kaisch and Christie. they each stand for the same thing, some are more dangerous then others but the out come will be the same.

  • rebapiper

TRUMP AND CRUZ NEED TO STOP PLAYING INTO THE HANDS OF THE RNC AND RUBIO.
WE NEED TRUMP AND CRUZ THE ONLY 2 CANDIDATES THAT COULD POSSIBLY SAVE THIS COUNTRY AND AMERICAN LIVES.
THE RNC, THE DC CARTELS need Rubio if they are to succeed in destroying America and following up in obama legacy, the RNC,Rubio and the gang of 8 just as responsible as obama is for what obama has done to this country, obama couldn’t do it aline.

  • Bethony Sproles

Trump has said many times that he will bring the military back and see that they hve what they need. You can count on him to do this as he does not want his empire to be overtaken by the Chinese, Arabs, or Russians. He says it in every speech. His personality quirks you outline work in the favor of the people. He supports the constitution and religious liberty. My point was that he his strong in all the areas that this country needs and the rest will fall in place. Economics, Immigration, Taxes, Education are his strong suits. He will not behave as you describe once all of the circus stops.. He is not owned by the socialist, the establishment of the globalist. All the others are business as usual.

  • ADRoberts

Trump is deceiving all of them. They think he is conservative. Yet they have NO PROOF. Just faith. And that is just stupid.
He is rich. And that is one of the criterion for being a Bilderberg.
He was and still is very liberal.
They knew that Americans would not buy another Democrat. So Trump is a FALSE conservative, pretending to be an outsider, when he is the one who has been BANKROLLING the radical liberals.

  • pete G

I love what Cruz said about hiring Trump to build that wall after he’s elected.

We don’t need someone as CIC that throws temper tantrums like a child, and that is all it can be called of his tweeting. He needs to grow the HELL up and act his age. He will realize that people don’t want to hear or see his tantrums, they want someone that is going to lead this country with a level head.

  • ClarenceDeBarrows

Trump is exactly right about Cruz. He’s a Canadian “anchor baby”. Not qualified to be President of this Country under Article II of our Constitution. Cruz never ceases to amaze me when he, without hesitation, mentions our Constitution as something he holds in high regard. He even mentioned Article II last evening, the very article which eliminates him as a candidate. Such unmitigated gall! Of course, Rubio is in the same boat – not qualified under our Constitution to run for the Presidency. Vote Trump!

  • jug

Trump is actually “big government”, just like Obutthole!
He also wants “single payer”, (govt), healthcare, but he wants it named “TrumpCare”!

Trump has been a “progressive democrat” his whole life, and should be running on the other ticket today!
He hasnt changed his spots, he cant!
He just sees his surest way to the presidency from this direction!

He supports eminent domain, big govt, bailouts for banks, auto makers, and wall street.
Stuff we already have with Obutthole!

  • Seedman

Donald has two two ruined marriages and is remarried for the third time. In his hyped book Donald boasts of repeated infidelity. He is on public record stating he has no need of repentance before a holy God. Much of his wealth is derived from casinos. Donald currently owns a strip joint. Republican voters can do better.

    • reggie

Yes, but where are they? Rubio can’t cut it, Cruz, not comfortable with him, at all. The people we need (true, Constitutionalists who will clean up DC) won’t even consider running for president. Why? Their personal lives are shredded. Dr Carson was shredded for some stupid stunt he pulled as a little kid, that he wrote about in his book. The skum MSM had to make it headline news. I’d rather have a loud mouth, get the job done outsider than any DC insider who has already been trained by the McCriminals, beady eyed Reids and the like. They can’t pull that krap on Trump. His personal life should not enter into it, particularly comparing it with the background of a former president.

      • Seedman

The Holy Bible says to select leaders who are able or virtuous men who fear God, men of truth, those who hate dishonest gain. Donald is deficient in every area.

  • jug

Trump has the same personality defects as does Obutthole!
Want another president with such tendencies?

  • icemancold

WELL: He would keep the rest of them guessing at what his reaction would be so they just might leave the USA alone.!!

  • Nelcyn

I think how the others went after each other. Left trump alone. Until bush brought up the domain issue. Bush as govener of floridia had to use property domain. And for bush to bring up that lady in Atlantic city. That lady bush mention she made a lot of money. For her property trump did not put a gun to her head. It was her choice. Matter of fact. He was trying to bring jobs to Atlantic city. Which trump lost more than he gain. But he brought good construction jobs. brought to Atlantic city.
Cruz needs to see the truth of all the jobs trump will bring back. I hope New Hampshire wants those jobs back.

If you want a OWO, don’t vote for Trump, because he wants to keep our Sovereignty. He is the only one that will fight for it. The others want open borders, and it shows from their votes and talk. If you want to keep America as a Sovereignty Country, vote for Trump,

  • YOLADANE

Trump has GUTS. WE NEED GUTS to lead us. We need to make our enemies afraid of us instead of them thinking they can walk all over us. TRUMP is not afraid to get in any body’s face and back them down in defense of this nation. He is what you call a LEADER !!! To hell with these PANSIES who think we have to coddle people who would love to see this nation go down the tubes.
    GO DONALD !!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • fedup

After all of the accusations have been made I’ll still go with Trump. To me he is more like President Andrew Jackson than any other past president. The most convincing thing I like about Trump is that he knows how to live without politics in his life to screw it up. If we want smaller government then let’s get a guy that knows how to get rid of government and people that are not doing their job.

    • ADRoberts

I suspect that there is nothing that could happen, that he could say, that would prove his is a Bilderberg, NOTHING that would deter you from your destructive course.
Yes, you have been given over by God to destruction. And along with that statement, I can say with fair certainty that you have NOTHING to do with Jesus Christ as Lord.

      • fedup

Well, i can with total certainty that I have very much to do with the Lord Jesus Christ. I like Dr Carson am a 7th Day Adventist. On which day do you worship? Saturday is the Sabbath or have you been given over to the workings of Satan yourself and worship on Sunday, the first day of the week.

        • AKLady

This country was founded on religious freedom.
Freedom for all — not just Christian bigots.
          .
The majority of our Founding Fathers were not Christians — they were Diests.
          .
You are an embarassment ti America and everythign it stands for. You insult everything the our Nation’s founders fought and died for.

          • fedup

Well I am so glad you are my judge. George Washington knelt and prayed to God as did Lincoln. they prayed to God as I do for guidance. How am I am embarassment? Have you been drinking kool aid today? My remark about the 7th day is about the 4th Commandment which the Catholic church changed to suit their needs. My choice of Trump is an anti establishment desire to get rid of the lobbist deals and favors paid for by big business interests. You condemn me for my choice? I also voted against o’bama or did you like the way that is turning out? My religion is my choice not a national issue. Would you like to have more muslims brought in so we can have sharia law and YOU AKLady will be subject to very undesirable things in your life. Is that what you mean by religious freedom? It seems to be working out well in europe. lol

          • AKLady

You assume only Christians pray to God?

.Jesus gave two commandments: to love God with all our heart and soul and mind and strength, and to love our neighbor as ourselves. “There is no other commandment greater than these” (Mk 12:29).

“The commandments are summed up in this sentence, ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself'” (Rom 13:8-10).

Oh, and child, factually there are 21 Comandments in the Bible.

Of the orignal 10 to which you refer, which are still held in Judaism, Christianity has changed and combined a nnumber of them. The Original 1 and 2 are a prime example.

          • AKLady

Oh, and it is the Sabbath Day, which Christianity observes on the 1st day, not the 7th.

Sharia Law is only applicable to Muslims. Catholic Law is applicable only to Catholics. Jewish Law is only applicable to Jews.

While often thought of as a legal system, Shariah only covers personal and collective spheres of daily life, and has three components – belief, character, and actions.

only about 80 of the Quran’s 6,236 verses are about specific legal injunctions.

The “belief” component of Shariah commands Muslims to believe in God, the angels, prophets, revelation, and other metaphysical and physical aspects of the faith.

In terms of “character,” Shariah commands Muslims to strive for traits like humility and kindness, and to avoid traits such as lying and pride.

“Actions” include those relating to God, such as prayer, fasting, and pilgrimage, as well as actions relating to other humans, such as marriage, crime, and business.

          • fedup

The Sabbath is the 7th day. It is the day God rested after making the whole creation think. He didn’t rest on the first day of the next week.

          • AKLady

Early Christians observed the 7th day with prayer and rest. They gathered on Sunday to celebrate the Lord’s resurrection.
Most Christian sects do not “keep” the Sabath — weither it be Satuerday or Sunday. They have not for centuries.

        • ADRoberts

And I have addressed this many times. So I direct you to go to the WORDS of Jesus Christ when he was talking to the Samaritan woman at the well. I doubt you will but I am not willing to do the work for you. It plainly states that the day was coming when people would not worship on a particular day or in a particular place, but in spirit and truth.
Now I know that you are a LEGALIST and will never understand. But the LETTER of the law is gone. God wants RELATIONSHIP with his people and that means that, just like a bride and groom, it is a relationship where I want to do HIS will and be with Him.
Now I just got through hearing of you Adventists getting all upset in the Pacific. Seems an island decided to CHANGE TIME ZONES. But in doing so, they crossed the DATE LINE. And the Adventists went crazy. Now they were having to CHANGE THE DAY OF WORSHIP. And they did not know which day should be the RIGHT ONE.
          Do you get it.
The Sabbath was a tool to keep the minds of the people focused on God. That is all. Now, the relationship has changed. It is PERSONAL.
And just like it says in Romans 2, it is now about the LAW WRITTEN ON OUR HEARTS.
So here it is. The days of the week are a human invention. And you are straining at one particular day as being special. But as long as you worship God, Jehovah and his Son Jesus Christ, what difference does it make. What if you were in a coma and when you woke up, no one else knew what day of the week it was? Would it make a difference to you? Or others? Or to God? OF course not.
So you go ahead and condemn everyone else, because they don’t do things the way YOU do. And one day, we will see what God says to you when He asks you to quote the Lord’s Prayer.
“…….and forgive us our debts AS we forgive our debtors”.

          Two things
          1. Old Testament —– rules, commandments, laws, regulations. And it did not make anyone holy.
          2. New Testament ——- love of God, a perfect Sacrifice. The Holy Spirit coming into a life to take control and actually make people Holy. Relationship where the DESIRE of the heart is to do GOD’S WILL.

Now you tell me which gets you to heaven.
Then you go and try to tell people who would love to know the forgiveness of God that they are going to hell if they don’t worship on a certain day. And makes sure that you use the Jewish convention of SUNSET ON FRIDAY TO SUNSET ON SATURDAY. Have to get the rules just right or God will be mad. LOL

          • fedup

I didn’t write the Commandments I just try to follow them. The 4th Commandment is the only one that starts with REMEMBER so are you saying we can now forget what God would have us remember? I will do as I do and you will do as you do. We all make choices in life and have convictions. The first requirement is “believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shall be saved and thy house hold” done. See you in Heaven.

          • ADRoberts

I have yet to see a time when a person declared that someone else was going to hell that any good came of it.
            No one pursuaded anyone.
I was on a missions trip to Venezuela. The missionary had dealt with many problems along with us. She then reminded herself and us of a saying.
“Blessed are the flexible. They will bend and not break.”
IF we claim to know the mind of God, we may have exceeded what authority He has given us.”

          • fedup

ok, and I agree. It’s like teaching. I cannot teach anyone anything. I can put forth an idea, if the person accepts the idea then I have taught and they have learned. I can preach but if no one wants to accept the idea (Word) then I have not taught them anything. If I say Jesus saves and they don’t accept or want it then – so what. acceptance is the key.

          • ADRoberts

No, I looked back and checked. You did not say that those who did not obey the Adventist beliefs are going to hell. But you are certainly in the minority of Adventists and most do.
In fact, Mrs, White, I believe was her name, got really nasty about that.
Nothing like demanding that OTHERS obey the rules, laws and ideas of a person who is certain they are right for everyone.
Can’t find much love in them either. though they claim there is.

          • fedup

Who goes to Hell is between them and God. I am just trying to make it through this life and be as close to what I find to believe in using a reasonable mind and logic. I’m a SDA because I believe the Sabbath is the day of rest set aside by God. I am not an Ellen Whiteist. For me SDA is like being a Baptist that goes to church on Saturday. ( there are 7th day Baptists but no church near me) I’m somewhat reclusive because of some of the other SDA folks and their Ellen views. I hope this clears up your opinion.

          • ADRoberts

Gotcha. You have come to your own conclusions, even though no one else in the world is similar.
So what do you think of the discussion Jesus had with the Samaritan woman at the well. You know. Where Jesus told her that the time was coming when men would not worship in that mountain (Samaritan) or in Jerusalem OR on a particular day of the week. But they would worship in spirit and in truth.
Do you really believe that God will condemn those whose ASSIGNED position in life (by God Himself) that means that they can’t worship in the conventional way? Have you ever read the SECOND CHAPTER of Romans, where Paul states that even those who do not have the law or the Gospel will be able to stand before God and argue their case: that they have obeyed the law written on their hearts.
No, I guess you are still locked into the LEGALISM of the Old Testament.
Just as bad as the closed mind that demands that the ONLY Bible is the KJV and all who read any others are deceived and going to hell.
There is nothing quite like a closed, unloving mind in a person who is sure that their way is the ONLY way.
No love there. No forgiveness. No obedience to, “…….forgive us our debts AS we forgive our debtors.
Where do people get off, demanding that it has to be THEIR way.

          • fedup

You’re a piece of work, “gotcha”? We all come to our own conclusions. Unless you are some lockstep zombi conclusions are a product of our thought process. When Paul referred to the ones that do not have the law or Gospel he refers to what would be the “natural law”. The natural law would be someone knowing the difference between right and wrong having never having heard the Gospel. You think to much of your opinion for me or anyone else to have a conversation with you without you trying to be burdensome. The New Testaments roots are in the Old testament as Jesus continued to refer to the Books of Moses because that’s all they had at the time. There was no New Testament when Christ walked the earth.

          • ADRoberts

I am right. And you have not responded.

          • Roger

So I take it you don’t cleanse your soul with Baptism as Christ did to show us as n example.

          • fedup

Of course I have. you assume too much.

          • ADRoberts

You are so wrong. Baptism does not cleanse the soul. It is not any where as important today as it was in those days. It was a very certain, positive declaration of faith.
Now, it means nothing to most who do it. It is just what you do to belong.
            It is symbolism.
You want to SEE evidence of a cleansed soul? Find those who obey John 14:12.
I would bet you won’t respond. Just like most preachers don’t respond when I ask them.

        • Roger

On the first day of the week we are to assemble and partake of the Lords Supper, that means worship on Sunday not Saturday.

          • fedup

Oh, where is the scripture for that? The 4th Commandment is the Sabbath as a day of rest and to be kept “Holy”. Do as you will and have a good time. I will continue to keep the Sabbath, the last day of the week, the day of rest and for me a dy of worship. End of story…….

          • Roger

It is long past time the we have a president that says he will surround himself with the smartest and brightest and listen to their them. He will not allow America to be used and pushed around. He will not put up with lies and BS from anyone…..like the democrats that come up with reasons to give away taxpayer money to counties that will use it against us. He says it like it is…….no kissing ass and voting “THEIR” opinion rather than “representing We The People”. Government doesn’t help the economy they only hire more government people at high wages and great benefits and pensions and make no one accountable for the fraud and cover ups. We have no right to give free college to people. We are AMERICA and have a Constitution and The Bill of Rights and no one has the right to take away OUR RIGHTS and FREEDOMS. We must bring our business back on American soil and kick out ALL illegals and refugees and keep our money to be used for military and our country’s safety. We have vets that deserve our help first and foremost and no one, yes no one should come before them.

        • AKLady

American taxpayer money goes to military spending. It is the largest segment of our budget. American spends more on military than all other free countries combined.
          .
There is another “leadershop” statistic to go with that one. We have more prisons and prisoners that all the other modern, industrialized countries — including China and Russia.

We are a different country than all of the other countries. We are not some old school country that has the same population it has had for years. Oh, and roger, here in America Congress makes the laws and spends the money.

          • Carol

And what exactly does your comment have to do with Trump?

        • ADRoberts

Which COUNTIES are you talking about? Wright County, Or Tarrant County?
Then tell me about Trump just bragging how he can get along with Schumer and Pelosi. Do you really think that he means that he is going to shut down their wasteful spending, when he talks about GETTING ALONG?
Talk about taking away our rights. Did you know that there was a Kentucky law that was supposed to protect Kim Davis from having her religious rights taken away. Well there was. And then Trump told her that she should OBEY THE LAW OF THE LAND, That means, as far as he was concerned, her religious righs were TOAST.
Now, I have news for you. Those magnificent VETS that you say should be first in line? Did you know that the percentage of them who actually see COMBAT is quite small. Bunches of them are like that “Manning” kid who sat at a computer and dumped our military secrets on the internet because his sense of homosexual rights had been offended.
My son-in-law spent a year in Iraq. But he never saw combat. He worked on trucks and on records.
So you think that all military should be first in line. That when we are getting rulings from our courts that STOLEN VALORF is a right of freedom of speech? LOL. And a lot of the PTS is being claimed by people who never saw combat.

          Lots of lies and deception.

Just like the ONE MILLION Americans who have filed for and gotten ‘DISABILITY” from the government. I hear that children of the right color can get disability payments for having ADHD.
You like that? The GRAVY train is long and getting longer. And there is only TWO ways to stop it.
          1. Cut the fakers and false people off.
          2. The systtem collapses and EVERYONE will do without.

            COUNTRIES AS IN NATIONS.

KIM DAVIS LOST NO RIGHTS — She violated the office she was elected to. She broke the law.
Oh, and I did not say jack about veterans.

          • ADRoberts

So slow. You spelled it COUNTIES. Did you notice the MISSING R? Obviously not. Even when I pointed it out to you.
And you are so wrong about Davis. Go check with Kentucky and see that they DO have a law to protect her and other Christians. It is on the books. She did not have to do anything that violated her religious beliefs.
Did you not understand. It was all over the news about the HUNDREDS of other places that the homosexuals could have gotten the license. That is right. And when she was put in jail, they complained. They wanted HUGE fines. You see. This was not about THEIR rights. It was about persecuting a Christian who WAS protected and did not have to issue the licenses. But you seem to have a preconceived notion.
            So be it.
Attention: If you are A Christian, take notice. This is just the first of many attacks on Christians.
That statement actually makes me angry. “She violated the office she was elected to”. What an unreasonable illogical, irrational thing to say. How can you declare that she was supposed to obey a brand new ruling from the SCOTUS that did not even have the force of law. Constitutional experts stated that the SCOTUS cannot make law. And since there was NO LAW being considered, except the laws that outlawed homosexual marriage, their ruling took it back to NOTHING. on the books. But only IF you believe that The Federal Government and the SCOTUS has ANY authority from the constitution that was NOT in the constitution. I DON”T.

          • AKLady

            What missing “R”?
            .
I suggest that you refrain from government employment if you plan on discriminating.
            .
            She cheated the public.
She lied when she took the oath of office.
She violated her oath of office.

It is 100% about Davis’ duty to the office she held.

          • ADRoberts

1 No, she did not cheat the public. How would you claim so?
2 She did not lie when she took the oath of office. I doubt you even know what the oath was. So enlighten us. What part of the oath did she break.
            Caught you.
            3. And then tell us all what part of the oath she violated.
Now IF the R is back in the word that you typed COUNTIES, then it is because you changed it. Let me look and see.
            Yep. It is gone.
            Now one more time.
There was NO LAW for Davis to obey. WHY? Because the SCOTUS cannot make law. And they could do is strike down the existing law. And that did not give homosexuals any rights. Do you get that.
And then there is the Kentucky LAW that gave protection for Davis to NOT have to do ANYTHING that violated her religious rights and beliefs.
Now let me explain how that works with muslims. A muslim truck driver worked for a company that hauls ALCOHOL. But that is against his “supposed” religion. So the courts have ruled that he does not have to do the ONLY thing that is his job. Delivering alcohol. And a muslim steward on an airliner does not have to serve alcohol to passengers, no matter if that is ALL that is desired.
You get it. Their rights are protected.
            But not Kim Davis’s.
You have twisted and spun all you can.
            You are still WRONG.
Waiting for the DETAILS of your CLAIMS.

      • AKLady

Freedom of religion is the basis this country was founded upon.

Freedom on religion is what our Founders fought and died for.

The majority of America’s Founding Fathers were Deists — not Christians.

        • ADRoberts

Unlike you, I have studied American History when we were homeschooling our daughter. There was ONE deist. Now you want to say otherwise. You get references and call names and state what they were. And make sure that what you state is fact, not opinion and that it was for their entire life.
          GOTCHA.
Now you go back and check out the church services that were held in the Capital building. Check out the call to prayer and fasting after a major battle was won. Check out the number of preachers who were founding fathers, that the liberals like to omit. They call that REVISIONIST HISTORY.
And it is totally the domain of the liberals and socialists.

          • AKLady

Don’t know where you obtained your textbooks, but your statement is false.

Let’s start with the 1796 Treaty with Tripoli states that the United States was “not in any sense founded on the Christian religion”.

Only one of the Founding Fathers can be considered an orthodox Christian — John Jay.

Suggest you read Thomas Paine’s book, ” Age of Reason:. Then there are Jefferson’s writings.

          • ADRoberts

I have read my history books. And we got some when we homeschooled our daughter.
I can tell you that you can buy any history you want. The one you seem to have bought is from the revisionists.
Now about John Jay? How about John Adams. I guess you forgot about him. And then there are all those PREACHERS who were very active, but the revisionists who want to discount faith in Jesus Christ conveniently leave out.
No use telling you anything. You have made up your mind.
I did hear about a book a while back. Something about the CHRISTIAN NATURE OF AMERICA.

I have said before. MOST if not all of what we THINK we know, we got from someone else. How accurate is what they told us? Who can tell. But for sure, we did not get the information FIRST HAND. Not even ONE PLUS ONE. So it is not so much WHAT we think we know as who we have chosen to believe.
Now you have chosen who you have chosen. And because I have stated my opinion that is from other sources, you have concluded that I MUST BE THE ONE WHO IS WRONG.
            LOL.

        • Roger

It seems to me that you are a Satan worshipper by the idiocy you talk. The comment about healthcare is true, many canadians come here to be treated because they can’t get the treatment there.

          • reggie

            It’s a troll

          • AKLady

Many Canadians come to America because of geography. They are closer to one of our hospitals.
            .
Many rich Canadians come to America for elective surgery — surgery there is no absolute medical need for.

    • AKLady

Trump worships the God Profit with Greed.
He is an excellent example of what the American people have become.

      • Arbie Viau

AKLady, you are just plain ignorant and/or jealous that you are NOT a billionaire as Trump is. He’s an excellent example of a man that loves America to set aside a great life to save the country. He doesn’t have to do this, he could just sit back and enjoy his endeavors, but he knows our country is in trouble and wants to do something about it. Why don’t you consider leaving America since you hate what She stands for, and when you are not allowed to open your mouth in another country, don’t come back, we don’t want you here either!! You are the reason our America is in trouble and the others you are so enamored with.

        • AKLady

He disposes of wives as if they were yesterday’s newspaper.

Trump, altrustic? You must be joking, or insane. The man is a slumlord.
Please educate yourself. Your ignorance of law is embarassing to America.
          Jealous? Assume, assume, assume.

Attention one and all! With the advent of the first Constitutionally ineligible Obama sitting in our White House not once but twice, the world has witnessed the birth of another “ism” defined as “gradualism”. Obama has destroyed the “rock” of our founding documents the “constitution” simply because the all powerful “political class” deemed his US citizen mother trumpeted his major disqualifier, his foreign citizen father, thus driving a stake through our elected representative republic and constitutionally requirement “shall be a natural born citizen” which any American Patriot can research for themselves via the internet. John Jay, our nations first Chief Justice, in his “Famous Letter” to George Washington stated in a few words, “the Command in Chief” must be protected from any possibility of foreign influence”. Any self respecting “Patriot” completely and fully now understand “the why” of Obama’s destructive acts and policies. The influences of his foreign born father as described in his book “Dreams from My Father.” lee1233

    • trishae61

Unfortunately, the seed comes from the mother as far as his citizenship. I believed the same thing until I was corrected the other night. This is why Ted IS eligible to be President and plus the fact the Illinois Board of Elections has stated that he IS eligible! Even the Supremes can’t dispute that!

      • drrocko

Bulldump ! Barrack put another left wing toby on the court to load it with liberals ! He is not now – and never was “legal” to hold office !

      • reggie

I’m still confused. Have crossed referenced it. I wouldn’t personally believe a darn thing out of Illinois. This comes from the “Presidential Eligibility Tutorial”- ‘For you to be a natural born citizen, your parents need not be natural born citizens; they need only be citizens.

When immigrants from foreign countries become naturalized U.S. citizens and subsequently give birth to children in the United States, these children are natural born citizens and may someday serve as president.’ End of quote.

His parent came in 1956, he was born in 1971, they became citizens in 1976. They were not citizens when he was born.

        • trishae61

who didn’t become citizens until 1976, his mother was born in Wilmington, Delaware. She was and IS a US citizen and that citizenship transferred over to Ted upon his birth. You better get your facts straight, also Ted’s father was here under a refugee program which gave him citizenship status.

          • drrocko

Under all international laws citizenship comes from the father NOT the mother !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

          • ADRoberts

I bet you claim to be an expert of international law. So; where are these international laws written down. LOL
            Nice try. But YOU FAILED.

          • Dolores Wieland

He is right. My brother was born in Germany but his citizenship is Austria, the birth of our father…

          • ADRoberts

And where does itg say that we fall under international law? Nowhere. But they are trying to make us go there. So according to you, you are also an Austrian. Right? Then if you are in America, what does that do to YOUR citizenship?
Got to do more than quote “international law” that does not apply to us.

          • Dolores Wieland

It doesn’t and I didn’t say we did.. We are only one of two countries that allow people born on their soil to be citizens (whether legal or illegal). In other countries you take the citizenship of your father. For your information I am an Austrian citizen living here on a permanent resident status, legally. If I want to become an American citizen I have to give up my right to Austrian citizenship (and/or vise versa). I don’t go for double standards when we have politicians who can keep both.

          • ADRoberts

Strange. I recall over the years a number of people who hold dual citizenships. And here you claim that it cannot be done.
Sorry. I don’t believe you. WHY? Because I have heard of several people over the years who have been citizens of Canada and the USA.
So, I don’t see it as a problem.
Besides. Cruz has proven himself to be an outstanding patriot and a true America. Much better than ANY of the others running for POTUS, including that Trojan Horse, Trump;.

          • Dolores Wieland

That is exactly what I am talking about…double standards. I too know of people who have dual citizenship. As a matter of fact, I know of someone who has 5 (an Egyptian national), I am only telling you what I have been told. As a matter of fact, I may still have the papers to prove it. (Three different sets from different times from Immigration). I would have gotten American citizenship a long time ago if I were allowed dual. So I would appreciate if you did not call me a liar. AND when it comes down to our nominees for the office of president, I actually believe we have none to honor that post (my opinion).

          • ADRoberts

So you agree. Cruz is an American citizen. Contrary to what these
            Trump-ets are claiming. Thank you.
Sorry about the “liar” bit. I assumed you were spouting like the other supporters of Trump. By the way, why hang onto Austrian citizenship. Living here makes it just about worthless, doesn’t it. And you can’t vote in these sham elections, we have where the candidates are hand picked by European elite Bilderbergs/ LOL
As to the candidates. The possible exception to the “worthless” label might be Cruz. I am reluctant to come out definitively for anyone these days, after Palin turned irrational and endorsed Trump. Maybe they threatened her with a believable threat. For sure, it backs up those who disparaged her for endorsing McCain. I always had thought it was just a sign of LOYALTY.

          • Dolores Wieland

That is exactly my point…”sham” elections…”sham” everything…When they tell you you are not Austrian-American, German-American, etc..once you receive citizenship but American that is what it should be; yet we have black Americans born in the USA and they have to be called African-Americans..They have no ties to Africa. I just cannot cope with double standards.

Yes, if I would relinquish my Austrian citizenship, it would save me $1076.every ten years (2014)in alien registration fees, photos, etc. (something the illegals do NOT have to pay. (Another double standard). Believe me, there are many more..At least I give back to society and have never been on the dole. I was taught that if you don’t work, you don’t eat…something many Americans don’t seem to know the concept of.. I’ve had some rough times in my life but I always found that hard work is the best remedy..Never had luxury items and I still live frugally so that I can leave my net worth to America’s mistreated animals.

America used to be the melting pot of the world but today it is more or less residing at the bottom of a seemingly endless pit. For shame! I do not understand how we have allowed his to happen….

          • ADRoberts

The Black American label is so that they can gain advantage and try to dominate. And it is working. They are 13% of the population and yet they have about half of the advertising on TV. They are reported to have up to 80% of the jobs in some Federal agencies. They have advantage in applying to many colleges and get grants and scholarships that are not about being scholarly at all, but about being black. But it is not enough.
Blacklivesmatter is about protecting the criminals when they get caught and fight back with deadly weapons.
Black History month when there is NO OTHER “special” group history month.
Black Entertainment nettwork, when there is no white entertainment network.

America has lost ay symbolance of fairness. And you can’t give enough to those who are raised to be takers.

As to nationality of presidential candidates, that was intended by the Founding Fathers to prevent people from other nations from coming in and taking over. It has well past is usefulness because someone forgot to VET Obama. Now they want to enforce those rules, which they refuse to use on Obama, on TED CRUZ. WHY? Because he is a true American, a patriot, a scholar of the Constitution, a conservative,. very smart, and refuses to COMPROMISE.
And that last thing is what they hate the most. They build their corruption on COMPROMISE..
And our morality has been destroyed by compromise.
God help us. God give us men and women who refuse to compromise any more about anything.

          • Dolores Wieland

I agree with your post with the exception of allowing Cruz to run for the office of the presidency based on America’s stupid “error” of allowing Obama to wrongfully sit on that spot. That post and that of the VP should only go to an American born on US soil(or military installation) whose parents (plural) are US citizens. Anyway…that is the way I read it…

          • ADRoberts

So we have an outstanding, smart, patriotic, Constitutional man who has a record of being a REAL conservative. And you want to use a law or rule that has already been broken to prevent him from taking the office.

I guess you would prefer the Trojan Horse called Trump who IS a liberal and has been for at least 40 years. And he suddenly declares that he has changed his mind and is now a conservative. Yet he still gives to Planned Parenthood. That is supporting of the deaths of 60 million people a very horrible death of being torn limb from limb.
No. Cruz is best no matter what is declared or not declared about “natural born citizen.” For sure, he is an outstanding patriot compared to the destructive muslim in office now.
I remind you. that the idea of that rule was to insure that we did not get some rich guy coming in with loyalty to another country and taking charge. I suspect that Trump would be one of those guys that the Founding Father would have objected to. At least his REAL record and not his rhetoric.

          • Dolores Wieland

Actually, I do not think we have anyone qualified for that high office…And I still will abide by my opinion. Guess I’m just stuck in the Constitution as the founding fathers were. I just know our elections have been a farce in the past few.

          • ADRoberts

This is the same thinking that has gone on when the Senate okays a SCOTUS nominee. When the Democrat don’t like a consservative nominee, they throw a tantrum, filibuster and raise cane. But when the Republicans even pretend to oppose a flaming liberal, anti-constitutional judge, they start to scream about not allowing the president to have his way. After all. According to them, America MUST want that kind of SCOTUS or they would not have elected a radical president.

My point. Obama got in office and remains in office. He was not and is not eligible to hold that office. But the”conservatives” who claim to be upholding the Constitution refuse to take ANY actions.
Now he is on his way out, we hope. And what happens? The very best guy, the most conservative, the one who genuinely supports the Constitution has a question in his family tree. And instead of acknowledging that the precedent has been set and the technicality of the law has been broken and allow a real conservative to take office and UNDO what these liberals have done, we want to demand that the good guys obey what WE think is the law.
You want to do it to Cruz? Do it to Obama first. Otherwise, leave Cruz alone.

          • Dolores Wieland

I agree that Obama should never have been elected but that does not mean we should continue to go against our Constitution. AND you might be right.regarding Cruz.. One just does not continue to do what is wrong, you correct it…..If we allow Cruz and Rubio to run for the highest office of the land, we are opening the door to let anyone in the world run as long as the father or mother is/was an American citizen once upon a time…..I’d hate for Kim Jong’s offspring (of N. Korea) by an American mother to run for office in the future, for instance..We have opened the door for that kind of problem by allowing Obama to run without checking his credentials or vetting him..America DOES need someone who loves the USA and can straighten out what has been damaged…

          • ADRoberts

You can’t get around it. YOU have not gotten rid of a sorry destructive president. And now you want to exclude the VERY BEST most conservative man for the same reason.
Not good. It might even be called hypocrisy.

          • ADRoberts

And the only one who shows that he loves America, the Constitution and will be able to save America is CRUZ.

          • Dolores Wieland

You might be right..I’ll have to do some research on Cruz. I haven’t done so..

          • reggie

It doesn’t matter. BOTH parents have to be US citizens at the time of birth. “1875 US Supreme Court ruling Minor vs. Happersett defining what a ‘natural born citizen’ is. The US Constitution requires the US President to be a ‘natural born citizen’.

According to the US Supreme Court, a ‘natural born citizen’ is anyone born to two parents who are both American citizens at the time of birth.

          • drrocko

You are correct. And Teds father was not a U.S. citizen when he was born. Of coarse Barrack’s father was never a US citizen – but, because he’s black – he got to skate !

          • Dolores Wieland

I’ve been harping this for several years now but America still elects persons who do NOT qualify. We have a POTUS in office who does not qualify…..

          • reggie

Gives me a headache from banging my head on a wall. One more push for the NWO, dumb down people, muddy the waters and continue with the agenda.

          • Dolores Wieland

No common sense American people. Ditto for the headaches.

          • reggie

            Thanks, lol.

          • reggie

Ma’am, you need to get your facts straight. No need for the snark.

1875 US Supreme Court ruling Minor vs. Happersett defining what a ‘natural born citizen’ is. The US Constitution requires the US President to be a ‘natural born citizen’.

According to the US Supreme Court, a ‘natural born citizen’ is anyone born to two parents who are both American citizens at the time of birth. John McCain was eligible to be President even though he was born in a foreign country because he was born to two American citizens. Barack Obama is most likely not eligible to be President because his Kenyan-born father wasn’t an American citizen at the time of Barack’s birth. To hide that fact from the American people, his father’s immigration and naturalization records were sealed from public view during the court hearings.

This is the same issue. His father was not a US Citizen, if his father was a refugee, from where? Canada? The problem is that there is no official entity to investigate the origins of a candidate except the political parties vetting. Obviously, that’s not working. Have a good day.

      • ADRoberts

By all the sources I have read, you are wrong. He should have been the product of TWO citizens. And since she was not 18, she could NOT convey citizenship to him. And since she went overseas to a nation that Americans were not allowed to travel to at the time, that was tatamount to denouncing her citizenship.
I know. You will say any;thing to
But I do like your conclusion.
Now let me tell you what they elite are planning to do. IF Cruz is about to defeat the fake, false Trump, since eventually everyone will see that he is still a raving liberal, some corrupt justice will, at the last minute, declare that Cruz is not eligible and there will be no effort to stop it.

Face it folks. The elite are in control. And they will lead us around by the nose. And at the last minute, stab us in the back.
Who are the elite? Bilderbergs, CFR, and every Republican who just got through voting for that disasterous budget.
        Yes, they are all traitors.

        • trishae61

I was under the same impression where O is concerned and was told that that didn’t matter. Ted’s mother was of legal age. Fact still remains if the inheritance comes from the female then unfortunately O is eligible, however Ted definitely is!

          • ADRoberts

Not. Obama’s mom was not of age when he was born. He did not get citizenship from her.

  • Jm

Cruz says a lot of good things but I can’t get past his
    1. All his past close confidants and mentors are globalists
    2. He never has explained his wife helping write the Noth American Union globalist plan to merge us with Mexico and Canada for the CFR, the globalist club.
    3. His wife being high in management at Goldman, probably the biggest globalist company in the world.
    4. Cruz forgot to include his $1.3 million loan from Goldman and Citibank on his financial statement and saying he had instead sold the assets collateralized the loans.
You simply don’t go from such a background and upbringing and become a true conservative icon in very few years. He a big hat, no cattle, Texas sham.

    • trishae61

Ted has always defended the Constitution and been a Conservative. Where his wife works shouldn’t even enter into the picture as that is 2 separate rolls. He did claim that loan, as he explained and Trump was way off base on a lot of what he has said about Ted. He only started attacking Ted as he inched closer to his numbers. Wake up people, I sure as hell don’t want someone that is prone to temper tantrums running my country, the current person has done enough damage.

      • drrocko

Cruz is owned by the GOP ! Would not vote for Cruz.

        • ADRoberts

Yep. That is why at least 13 Republican Senators have endorsed Trump;.
You are so sold out, you ignore the truth.
So I challenge yo to show how Cruz is owned by the GOP. LOL You can’t.
Just one more lie from someone who supports the liar Trump.

      • Jm

As Ted says “you are known by your fruits”. Problem is that most of his fruits are spoiled.

        • ADRoberts

Name them. All the claims against Cruz are inuendos and vague smears. NAME THEM.
          The loans. They were declared
The amnesty bill. Even Megan Kelly found that analysis proved that Cruz was working against the bill.
His wife’s job? I can tell you for sure, I am NOT controlled by my wife. So why would you think HE is? You don’t. But it is ANY; OPPORTUNITY to attack the opponent of your “PRECIOUS”.

      • reggie

0b0 has never grown up, has never had a real job, and has milked the system since the day that he arrived in this country. I think at this point we need a lot of guts in the wh. Trump is the only one that has enough, and will push back. The only one who doesn’t owe favors to anyone. He’s smart, and will hire people that know what they’re doing, and not just ‘yes’ people. Temper tantrums keep people on their toes.

        • ADRoberts

Trump has no guts. He brags about getting along with Schumer and Pelosi. He brags about his willingness to compromise. Why do yo suppose he gives so much money to those radical liberals.
And you think he has GUTS? LOL
The only people he pushes back against are those who get in HIS way.
Now look at what the liberals say about this. (Robert Reich)
          1. Cruz is more of a fanatic conservative
          2. Cruz is a true believer
          3. Cruz is more discilplined and strategic
          4. Cruz is a loner who is willing to destroy institutions (can you say cronism in D,C.)
          5. Cruz is smarter.
And ALL of this from a radical liberal in comparison to Trump.

    • reggie

I’m posting it again: I wouldn’t personally believe a darn thing out of Illinois.

    • ADRoberts

You pick at specks. In the mean time we have all that information about Trump that you choose to ignore.
Who is he? Very likely, just the same as he was:
      1. Pro=abortion
      2. Pro=amnesty
      3. Pro=-homosexual marriage.
      4. For eminent domain.
      5. Against religious rights and feedoms. (Statement to Kim Davis)
      6. Pro-liberals. Millions to Pelosi, Schumer, Clionton etc and NONE of them had anything to do with his business deals. If they did, prove it and then show that this was illegal and was bribery.
      7. Went bankrupt several times. It is reported that one of those bankruptcies cost American taxpayers 600 million.
      8. Have not heard a word from him on the 2nd Amendment. Anyone wonder why?
      9. Does he call fro eliminating unconstitutional and worthless government agencies like IRS, DHS, Dept. of Education, EPA etc.
Not a word that I have heard. And if you did hear him claim to be against them, how would you know that he would not change his mind like he CLAIMS to have changed his mind about aborion and amnesty? Nothing

        1. Trump is 69 years old.Cruz is 45. Trump doesn’t have to fake it til he makes it, as he has already made it. If Trump was as young as Cruz I might agree with you but he is past all the Bullshit Cruz is having to spout to try to win.
        2. Trump has billions and can’t be bought. Cruz was bought and paid for long ago.
        3. Trump has always had a good reputation with people that know him and deal with him. I know several personally. Cruz reputation is questionable.
        4. When you get older you change your mind on things. I did. Doesn’t mean I am a liar.
        5. Eminent Domain is in the Constitution. Used by every government every day. Enough said.
        6. I gave money to all politicians because you never know when you will need their favor. Every good business does that. It is not illegal to give politicians a contribution.
        7. He never went bankrupt. He had 4 companies file bankruptcy with no personal guarantees by him. He has had 100’s of businesses. That is a good track record for so many businesses. If you have guts to take risks you will fail some. The best business minds are only right 60% of the time. But they are willing to take risk. Most people will not.
        8. You need to read what he has said. He has addressed many of your concerns.
        9. Trump cares about the Country. The rest are just looking for a job to pay off their debt.

        • ADRoberts

The Bilderbergs are ALL filthy rich. You talk about them being bought. You fail to understand. When you get that rich, you are the one who is buying.
They want control. They want absolute control. George H. W. Bush talked many times of the ONE WORLD ORDER.
Your claim that Cruz was bought and paid for long ago is bogus. You have NOTHING, but the rantings of someone who really fears this very good man.
You seem to think that the argument, “everyone else likes him,” is valid. The same is used for mafia heads and the Clintons where over 160 have died mysterious deaths. I know of several people who do not like Trump;, including several women’s organizations, AFA and Dr. James Dobson. Dobson is not inclined to dislike people. He just likes Cruz better. And his endorsement is powerful.
Then you condescend by claiming that when I get older I will have more sense. NOT. I have the sense right now and I have a DISCERNING SPIRIT as given by God. I am 67 years old. My guess is that you are a punk kid, trying to act old. LOL
About Eminent Domain, it is there but not in the framework that I am talking about. First, the matter of JUST compensation. And just who is going to decide. I guess from skimming the reading that it was address. But it is still a poor excuse for taking. And I do not believe that Eminent domain was ever intended for a local government to use for the benefit of individuals or businesses. I bet you want to argue that.
I don’t care. The government is basically choosing winners. And THAT is not in the constitution.

        • ADRoberts

No, it is not illegal to give, seeking favor. But it should be. As a fire inspector, we were instructed not to even take a cup of coffee. The idea was to NOT be ingratiated to the business.
And that is logical reasonably what SHOULD BE.
So Trump gives to all with the idea of currying favor. Why is that bad. I am not rich and cannot curry the same favor. That means that I can argue that it should be illegal. I know. YOu don’t care. I do.
Oh, and he did give MORE money to the radical liberals. So did he curry favor with God by giving to God? Not likely.
He did go bankrupt or was in the process of working on it. I remember he news report quite distinctively and remember a picture of him with the guys who bailed him out. He IS beholden.
I also know that if he were a man of ethics, he would never have allowed a company to go bankrupt but would have covered the debts. But that is not business. And that is not Trump as that would be ethical. He WAS taking from others by splitting out a company and filing bankruptcy. And THAT means someone got hit. And he made money.
          Legal? Yes. Ethical NO>
You claim Trump cares? Show me something besides just words.
Let him declare what his relationship is with the Bilderbergs.
Let him declare that he will take a stand to shed the government of unconstitutional agencies and all spending that is NOT absolutely necessary and legal.
          WHY? 19 trillion is why.
And IF he does not address that, he is NOTHING.

  • Bethony Sproles

Trump has demonstrated a working in depth knowledge of Economics and how it is working in the US when he is one on one with someone. He understands the immigration issue very well and the damage that it has done and will do if Obama gets away with bringing in hundreds of thousands of Muslims. He is a supporter of a strong military. I learned that in the 3rd grade. If you want to have a safe country you have to have a strong military. He is not Politically correct and that is great as political correctness dumbs down the debate and we loose freedom of speech. None of the other candidates can express or do what Trump has said. He does look like a child at times and he is self centered but it does not change his ability to lead the country.

    • ADRoberts

Are you kidding. It was not that long ago that Trump was backing amnesty with the Gang of 8. And the only economics he understand is how to get 600 milllon from taxpayers by declaring bankruptch often enough. He also understands how to PERSONALLY get rich. Now what does that do for everyone else? NOthing.
So you admit that he is self-centered. So would you mind if I point out that the Bible says that he who is faithful in little things will be faithful in the big things.
Trump; is about Trump;. And NOTHING you have said or that he has done has changed that FACT.
Now where do you get the idea that he will build our military back? Did he SAY so? Riiiiiiight. We know that his word is consistent. Like being for abortion. And then being against abortion when he is about to run as a SUPPOSED conservative. How about his knowledge of religious rights. He told Kim Davis to obey the laws of the land. WHAT LAWS. The ruling by the SCOTUS was not law. But there was a law on the books in Kentucky that was supposed to protect EVERYONE from being force to go against their religious beliefs. Did he get that? He should have, IF he cared about our religious rights and freedoms.
      No, he is an elite.
      He is a yankee.
      He is arrogant.
He is a spoiled child, throwing multiple tantrums.
And you all want to make him president? LOL

      • AKLady

You for got the four divorces.
You also forgot the gambling houses he put into bankruptcy.

        • ADRoberts

Sorry. I can’t keep up with it all. Just like Hitlery’s multitude of scandals that are now mainly forgotten.

    • AKLady

Little girl, everyone is this country is either an immigrant or the decendent of an immigrant. Even the First People of the Americas came from somewhere else.

  • wayne m

Cruz for President all the way. I can possibly see Trump as a trade negotiator or Cruz likes him as a fence builder.

  • Sharon Sharp

Definitely TRUMP! He loves this country and cares!

    • ADRoberts

Prove it. What has he done for our country? Nothihg. He is for Trump. He is still for eminent domain. He shows no signs of being in favor or reducing the size of government. Have you heard him say that he will eliminagte the IRS as Cruz has said? NO. And you won’t .

    • AKLady

He worships the God Profit with Greed.
People can go streight to Hades.

If Denmark sends 800,000 terrorists to the US – Trump should nuke them ! Go “President Trump” ! Too bad we can’t nuke the White House while the disbarred dog-eating “down low” racist muslim loving lawyer is home !

      • AKLady

Your lies embarass America. YOu cannot possibly be the stupid. Obama was not disbarred. He is not a racist.
        .
Freedom of religion is what our Founders faught and died for. Freedo for all religions. America is not a Christian country. Never has been. Never will be.

Our Founders were mostly Deists — not Christians.

        • Martin Church

AKLady – Who is the “Stupid” one? Regardless of what “SPIN” – “YOU” may put on it, BOTH of the Obama’s lost their licenses to practice law.

          • AKLady

            Ignorance is bliss.

If you were not going to practice law, would you take the yearly college courses required to maintain a license?

Lost and surrendered are two very different things.

Your lies are an embarassment to America.

          • TOM

Ignorance is merely a lack of knowledge.

            When one is ignorant,
then learns that there is knowledge to be gained, yet refuses to avail
themselves of the knowledge they condemn themselves to eternal ignorance
            and permanent Stupidity.

Welcome to the whirled of eternal bliss that lives within your brain.

          • CrustyOldGeezer

Perhaps if you had Logic, Historical FACT, Reason, and Common Sense to bolster your comments I would care.

I don’t care whether or not you ‘approve’ of my comments, they have no value to you because you do not intellectual HONESTY to judge any other persons words.
It happens when you drink too much koolaid from the left and the RINO right.

          • AKLady

Like I said, what classroom do you think a President could attend?

You obviously are unable to recognize either fact or logic. Self-imposed ignorance is so very sad. Take the time to look up the requirements to maintain a law license — in any state.

          • CrustyOldGeezer

QUICK LADY what is my chosen field of endeavor and where to I offer my services?

You make too many assumptions to be of any value to this conversation, or to the Human Race as a whole.

There is none so blind as AKLady who refuses to see.

          • pamlois

You’re absolutely correct about the Obamas losing their licenses. And we can add Hillary to that list who, to my knowledge, still hasn’t passed the D.C. bar exam. You’re wrong – Google it!

          • glen thompson

Slick and slimy Bill was also disbarred. Let’s not forget.

        • Arbie Viau

Earth to AKLady, come in – – – where are you from? ?Which planet do you live on? Let me explain America to you, if you think you can take it. If you tour though Washington D. C. every building has scripture from the BIBLE engraved on them. Do you know what our BIBLE is? Have you ever read it or don’t they have it on your planet? What you see from where you are is a nation that was once a peaceful, proud, loyal to America. Now what you see is chaos, hatred, & unsettled, America brought on by Obama and his thugs. Who ever told you the garbage you spit out is a psychopathic liar and I would suggest you find another “friend” one that knows what they are talking about. There’s still hope for you!

          • AKLady

Earth to Arbie — America is not now, nor has it ever been a Christian Nation.

Earth to Arbie — The First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution says that everyone in the United States has the right to practice his or her own religion, or no religion at all.

Earth to Arbie — The Establishment Clause of the First Amendment prohibits government from encouraging or promoting (“establishing”) religion in any way.

          • Arbie Viau

I’m sorry, AKLady, I said there was still hope for you – I was wrong! Sounds like you have brainwashed by some liberal psychopath and you apparently want all the garbage spewed out to you to stick on a real American. You have twisted every document you mentioned into a meaning unrecognized by intelligent people. I think you need new friends, but hey, you like what you got, so keep ’em. How’s that working for ya, kiddo. Look at all the responses against your rhetoric. That should tell you something but it won’t. You are Hell bent on your own ideals.

          • AKLady

First, take an American Government course.
Then, take an intro law course.
            .
When you have done that, you might be abe to post without embarrasing yourself.

            Legislatures write laws.
Courts define how they are enforced.

          • Arbie Viau

So that’s your problem, you took a Government course. Huh! Well, that solves your problem, doesn’t it. If you will just look around you AKLady, I don’t think I’ve embarrassed myself, you’re the one everybody thinks is “off the wall”. If you don’t see that, you’re not only dumb, but deaf and blind. Why AKLady are you so hostile, who are you so angry with? This, my dear, is America and we still have free speech so go to it, I’m done with you. You are as impossible as Obama!

          • AKLady

Why do you believe it is acceptable to lie?
Why do you believe it is acceptable to repeat lies?
            .
To defend truth and justice is hostile?

You isults are both childish and sad.

          • Arbie Viau

All the questions you asked, really points at you. You are the liar, and no it is NOT acceptable. You are not defending the truth, you are defending what someone has told you that is totally wrong!! You know AKLady, when you point a finger at someone (me), remember there are three pointing back at you, that’s not childish but the truth and yes, it is sad. I don’t see anyone on this page that agrees with you, doesn’t that tell you something? Are we all included in your wrath? You should see a therapist.

          • AKLady

You isults are both childish and sad.
            Your ignorance is even sadder.

          • Arbie Viau

Well, I knew sooner or later you’d run out of hateful things to say. By the way what the hell is isults, do you mean insults? Yes, your ignorance is sad, my intelligence is very much intact, sorry!! Goodbye a$$hole!

          • AKLady

            Childish foul language.
Your mother must be so proid.

          • Arbie Viau

You are desperate to support Trump;. I bet you would find an excuse for him if he came out and said that he likes SOCIALISM. Oh, that’s right. He did already. It is called UNIVERSAL HEALTH CARE. And it is fiscally impossible.

      • AKLady

Universal Health Care is fiscally possible.
America is the only moder, industrial nation which allows people to die — simply because they cannot BUY our over-priced health care.
America has the most expensive health care in the world. There is no subsitute for it. There is no competition — it is a closed market.
Trump is a prime example of what America has become. A nation that worships the God Profit with greed.

        • ADRoberts

Again, you show that you have been deceived. I have talked to people who were in England back in the 60’s. The describe the waiting lines in hospitals. And at 5:00, they all get up and go home. Because the doctors were on salary and they went home. You kept coming back until you were seen, recovered on our own or died.
          That is FACT.
I don’t know what or where you get your info. I simply don’t believe it.
I have read posts several years back from Canadian citizens, recounting how they were pulling their savings and driving to America for the care they could not get for several months in Canada. That thing about the VA hospitals. Well it is real there and in ALL social medicine. You wait on a list till your number comes up or you die. Just like the VA.
You are right about insurance. The highest paid people are the executives of health insurance companies. So what is the ANSWER. Simple. NO INSURANCE AT ALL. Just you and the doctor. He treats you and you pay him. If you can’t pay, he might treat you anyway and you might ask local groups and churches to help. And there would be no filthy rich doctors or lawyers or insurance CEOs.
Do you get it? No, what you want will be much worse. Millions of bureaucrats, processing requests for service and checking against the “ALLOWED” to see if you get it.

Billions of dollars for bureaucrats before you even see a doctor or PA.
Let me guess. You like socialism. You are afraid to die. (That means that you are not a real Christian) And you believe that the government can just keep printing money and it will all just go on as before.
          HISTORY SAYS OTHERWISE.
Check out Germany in the 20’s and 30’s . Check out Mozambique. Check out Brazil and the number of times they started over. Do you know what happens to WEALTH when a currency is destroyed? I could tell you. But you won’t believe me.
Universal health care is NOT possible. They have calculated. And it would take MORE than the ENTIRE GNP of our nation.

          • AKLady

Darling, you have been well brainwashed.
The statements in your post are invalid.
            .
Individuals in high density population area wait for ELECTIVE surgery. Surgery many Americans will never undergo — because they do not have the money to buy it.
            .
Child do some research for yourself. Get out that “Yellowpages” and call doctors at random — ask them in they accept Medicare and/or Medicaid coverage.
Do the same askung uf they file insurance claims.
            .
The thing about VA hospitals is that Cognress would rather spend money making war than taking care of the men and women they sent to war.

VA is not “social medicine”. I worked for the VA in Milwaukee. The Director spent $200,000 to remodle his office. The patients needed pajamas, robes and slippers. The soending frenzy begining Sept 1 each year was sickening. The money went for office furniture, curtains, desks … Employees took home stuff by the truckload.

          • ADRoberts

You are just wrong. I am 67 and am on medicare. I found that many doctors here where we just moved do not take medicare patients. My wife worked for a pediatrician, a black lady who simply had to refuse any more medicaid patients. The government did not pay enough tto cover the cost of electricity, and the help.
My sister-in-law worked for the VA. She knew the details personally. She described it as a place to die. Vets were left all night laying in feces and urine, because the staff were asleep and refused to do anything. My father-in-law was treated for ALS by them, when he could finally get in.
Now, you call me child. I am 67 and I assure you I have seen plenty. You are the child. You just got through declaring how good the health care would be if the government had total control. And then you reported all the corruption, waste, theft and poor care where you worked. Don’t you get it. This is not the results of anything but GOVERNMENT EFFICIENCY. More likely, the lack thereof.
FACT. The more people who get between you and the doctor, the worse the quality of the care and the MORE it will cost.

There is a fix. NO government programs at all. NO insurance.
            Just you and your doctor.
Think of it. All those paper shufflers in government and insurance offices who won’t be taking money for deciding what care you can have and not have. Fair price worked out between you and your doctor.
Charities working to meet the shortfall.
Would it be perfect? No but a major improvement.

          • AKLady

You just confirmed what I said, yet you are insulting me. Duh?

All of these countries have a form of national health care, I do not hear them wanting to chage to a fee system: India. Israel, Macau, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Austria, Denmark, Finland,, France, Germany, Greece, Guernsey, Jersey, Iceland, Isle of Man, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Canada, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Peru, Columbia, Australia, and New Zealand.

Government is made of people. People just like you and I. Some are good. some are evil. Some are honest, some are criminals.

          • ADRoberts

Let me guess. You have hundred of contacts, thousands from each of these countries. And they ALL state how happy they are with their health care. LOL.
Guess what. Even Canadaians come to America for care. And you can deny that all day long. I have see the posts from real Canadians who have verified what I have told you.

Government is made of people. But in MOST of the countries you have just listed, it is the rich and elite who have TOTAL control over the process of forming government and the decisions that are made.
Example. Germany and the protests against the massive influx of jihadist that are raping German women.
The LEOs there attack the protestors with waterhose and arrest. And the rapists are untouched, even when the rape is occuring in their PRESENCE.
Now, I have knowledge of the Philippians. My previous pastor was a missionary there. He gave graphic descriptions of the way the government is run, the corruption and the abuse. And you tried to imply that the governments are made of “we the people” Just is not true.
Challenge: The next time you go to your doctor, ask him/her if there is enough money to provide total, equal health care to the entire nation.
Don’t take my word. Ask him/her. No, you won’t risk that.

Please learn how your country works.

          Congress makes the laws.

The Affordable Care Act is a law, not a “social program”. The legal name is actually The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. It is a tax.

It was originally introduced in the House as the “Service Members Home Ownership Tax Act of 2009” (H.R. 3590) on September 17, 2009

Oh, and child, Eisenhower was the first U.S. President to push for national health care in America.

          • philip meadows

YES BUT, IT WAS OBAMA WHO FORCED THE DEMOCRATS TO MAKE THE LAW, IF YOU WILL RECALL. AND THEY HELD BOTH HOUSES OF CONGRESS. THAT BEING THE HOUSE AND THE SENATE. SO DON’T INSULT MY INTELLAGENTS PLEASE AND THANK YOU.

  • MikeS

Trump babbles like an idiot. Go Cruz.

    • Irene Elizabeth Grooms

TRUMP FOR PRESIDENT IN 2016 PERIOD.

      • MikeS

Really. Have you looked into who and what Trump really is?

Is Donald Trump really pro-abortion? Did
he really call women “pigs,” “ugly,” “fat” and “pieces of a–”? It sure looked like he mocked the handicapped
to me. I also believe he has argued the
merits of a government takeover of banks, student loans, the auto industry and
healthcare. He has been on the cover of
Playboy and appears to be proud of it.
He has bragged of his sexual history with multiple women and he proudly owns
strip clubs in his casinos. He appears
to believe the government can wrest control of the definition of marriage from
the church. Anyone who ignores the
separation of powers and boasts of making the executive branch even more imperial
does not sound like a Constitutionalist to me.
Didn’t he try using eminent domain to take away Vera Coking’s home
because he wanted to build a limo parking lot for his failing Casino next door? I am having a hard time believing he will
defend the Constitution and will not go back on his word regarding what he
wants us to think are promises.

        • CrustyOldGeezer

IF you intend to copy and past into these blogs then please learn to clean up the formatting.

As to Cruz, you need to do your own homework on both Cruz and Rubio.

Both have good points, but the fatal flaw to both is in the Constitution.

          LEARN IT!

          • MikeS

That’s pretty weak of you. Don’t really care about formatting. Clean up your own formatting. I am not quoting here. I care about who I vote for. Obviously you are a Trump supporter. Look those things up and educate yourself. There is more out there. You will be surprised to find out who/what Trump really is. I will only vote for Trump as a last resort against a Democrat. Cruz and Rubio both have both have good and bad points. Rubio should not be President. I support Cruz.

          • CrustyOldGeezer

            Poor child.

An education probably would be wasted on you.

          • MikeS

You don’t really sound like you would know the difference anyway.

          • CrustyOldGeezer

I see your IQ has finally reached a round number.

          • MikeS

took you 3 days to think of that and it’s not even good. i have no interest in carrying on this low level trivial troll BS with you. go on and live youf uninformed life. see you later cog.

          • CrustyOldGeezer

perhaps it took 3 days because you have no value no a civil discussion on any subject?

          • ADRoberts

Only someone who has sold out to Trump would make such a statement.
If you were serious, you would have been taking actions at multiple times over the last 7 years against Obama.
So now you want to use YOUR interpretation and “:natural citizen” to prevent an outstanding candidate from running. They used to call that HYPOCRISY. But I guess you have no difficulty with that.
God help you. You will be judged for the method you use to judge others.

          • CrustyOldGeezer

            FACT is not an ‘interpretation’.

But you hang in there buttercup, we find it amusing.

          • ADRoberts

            Yes you are a geezer.
No, ;you are not an authority who has the right or ability to determine what “natural citizen” is. But that does not stop you from PRETENDING that you do. lol.

Those with a brain and intelligence will see your BIAS and PREJUDICE. You are soaked in yankee Trump FAITH. And that “religion” will fail you.

          • CrustyOldGeezer

you have nothing of value to add to any conversation.

But you hang in there buttercup, there is a special place for you..

          • ADRoberts

Your moniker is correct. You are a geezer. And you remark was as meaningless and devoid of facts as you are.
Now about that “buttercup”. Is that a word used by homosexuals or is it just condescending? For sure, it is designed to be condescending. But you failed.
And you still don’t have any standing or authority to declare anything other than an opinion.
Now I have added much to the conversation, just by putting you in place.

          • CrustyOldGeezer

Declaring yourself to be the winner?

And to date, buttercup, you have yet to prove beyond a 3rd grade education.

          • ADRoberts

Don’t you get it. A GEEZER is someone who is locked in his ways, cannot be bothered with the truth and is mostly wrong.
And then you are OLD. LOL

          • CrustyOldGeezer

Don’t you get it. An ADRoberts is a fool that thinks he inherited his brains from the tootsie rolls in the sandbox he played in last month

As for age, I am apparently far wiser than the know it all children.

Now, please explain to the audience why you feel that childish attempts at insulting others will strengthen your positions and enhance the civility of the discussions.

          • ADRoberts

Yes, you have no authority. Deny that.
Yes, you are a geezer. Deny that. You can’t. You declare it with your very monider.
Yes, you are in danger of hell firfe for calling me a fool. Read the Bible.
No, you have no wisdom. You have no logic. You have no reasoning ability.
Insulting you may have been wrong. But sometimes it is difficult not to tell the truth.
Oh, and there are times when it is fruitless to try to persuade a person. “Ephraim is joined to his idols. Let him alone.”

          • CrustyOldGeezer

And the fool returneth to put his lack of intellectual prowess on display for all to see.

So far you have offered nothing but poorly conceived and thought out fantasies about what the Framers of the Constitution should have meant.

You claim they intentionally left the definition of Natural Born Citizen to be vague because that definition allows you to dream of greatness in your own mind.

Yer when asked for other examples of “<bi>INTENTIONAL VAGUENESS you remaine silent and refuse to offer other examples.

            Why is that?

Your handlers haven’t told you what to say yet?

          • ADRoberts

it remains that you still have no authority to make definitive statements as being fact. Of a certainty, it has been declared by a constitutional scholar that the only way the discussion of “natural born” will be decided by the SCOTUS. And as I have stated, they will never address that question. WHY? Because as soon as they declare Cruz is not eligible, they will have also declared that Obama is ineligible. And they are not going to do that as the Bilderbergs (elite) are the ones who put him in power.
I just reread the comments of the last few days. You have said NOTHING but smears and insults. And then you have the GALL to claim that I have nothing to say.
Then what I did say was not enough. You are demanding MORE examples.
Let’s compare. I am 67 years old. How old are you.
I have a degree in math, chemistry and physics. Do you have anything
My IQ was measured at 165 at age 12. Yes, that was a long time ago. Do you have any comparison.
I am monogamous for life. That means I am MORAL. And have been for a very long time. How about you. How many sex partners have you had?
I am basically out of debt. Have been for a long time. (Just a new house and land in the country. I guess you are a multimillionair.
I can carry on a conversation about ideas and concepts. All you do is smear and insult.
            LOL.
            Your turn.

          • CrustyOldGeezer

And the saying holds true, even today.

You can lead a fool to knowledge but you cannot make him learn

            It’s called wasting ones time.

One can make all types of claims about their intellectual prowess, but when one fails to perform to the claimed abilities, it all sorta falls apart.

As to the scotus being the body that would determine that facts how many do you believe would actually refer to the Constitution, the writings of the authors?

How many would make their decision based soley on their own personal agenda?

          • ADRoberts

            Now we agree.
The SCOTUS is rotting. They refuse to use the Constitution and are focused on MAKING law.
            God help us.

          • CrustyOldGeezer

I am sure we agree on a lot of things…

But what fun is in that?

          • ADRoberts

Well, it is good for preventing a heart attack. And peace is pleasant.

          • CrustyOldGeezer

“Peace is pleasant” and often deceiving…..

          • ADRoberts

            Your cup is half empty.

          • CrustyOldGeezer

            MY cup runneth over.

          • CrustyOldGeezer

When those “definitive statements” are based on Historical FACTS I’m not making the ‘definitive statements’, HISTORY has already made the statements.

I quote History, you babble incessantly.

            BIG Difference.

          • ADRoberts

            Okay. Prove it.
            List the “quotes”
            Then list my babble.
I have logic on my side.
And I have plenty of experience in “facts”
I was a fire inspector for Dallas in the 70’s. I see an article about a fire in the paper. The ONLY fact that was correct was the address. How do I know. I was assigned to investigate that fire.
So the question still remains. WHO do you hear. Because ALMOST ALL of what you think you know, you got from someone else. You did not experience it yourself. Even the “history books” are being rewritten and you KNOW that.
Here is the BIG difference. How much of your HISTORY is true.
How likely are you to be just like the followers of Jim Jones or David Koresh? (No, I am not talking about religion but about ALL aspects of life)
Good luck with that. And then look at the first of the Book of James. “…if anyone lacks wisdom, let him ask God……”
You see. It is not intelligence. It is not education. It is not influence. It is not even power. It is WISDOM that saves our lives and souls.

          • CrustyOldGeezer

Ahhh, the conspiracies abound unfettered in your mind don’t they?

I learned most of my history from people that lived through parts of it and what their family members passed on to them.

I have Diaries from People in my family that described life in the early 1800’s all the way through to the beginning of WWII.

This was before it was fashionable to completely rewrite history for political reasons.

And always keep in mind that it is always HIS STORY as written by the victor.

          • ADRoberts

Yes it is. Except when God writes the history in the BOOK OF LIFE.

        • Gnowark

I always seem to find exactly what I am looking for. I don’t go to the barn, search around the anvil, looking for a screwdriver. I go to the workshop. I see you have done the same: Go to huffpost and moveon looking for D. Trump criticisms. Hey, ‘Hope&Change’ might work if you give it another 10,000 years, but until Common Core works its indoctrination against Liberty and Responsibility, it won’t work in a free country.

          • MikeS

I do huffpo a little. Move on, not so much. I adamantly agree with everything else you said. Candidates really have to talk their game up to “sell” themselves to most voters. I prefer ignoring all the babble and actively seeking out the chicks in their armor. Then, I can decide how good or bad these people really are.

          • ClarenceDeBarrows

I gave you the site above to find the “chinks” in Cruz’s “armor”, Mike. Now, do you really want to know the facts? It’s up to you!

          • ADRoberts

FActs from those who support Trump are like those who still support Hitlery, in spite of Benghazi, Whitewater, Travelgate, FBI files, missiong emails, 160 dead supporters and associates, Bimbo gate, Clinton Foundation, NOT finding a single terrorist in 8 years of her husband’s PROMISES to make them pay. Refusing to declare Boko Haram as a terrorist group. sending millions over to rebuild mosques that the Saudis did not have the money to take care of.
And now we have a major donation from Russian Mining group to the Clilnton Foundation, followed by major action by the BLM against ranchers where there is uranium that the Russians want to mine.

Now compare that to all the “referenced” and unproven criticism from radicals who hate Cruz. And you expect us to believe them and you? LOL

        • psychosally

you seem to know all of the progressives lies and talking points-wonder if its because you are progressive

          • MikeS

I have my conservative opinion of the candidates running. If you want to be informed, look the info up before making silly comments like the one you just made to me.

          • ClarenceDeBarrows

Right back atcha on that, Mike! I gave you the site, now check Cruz out.

          • ADRoberts

Man. You must be really smart. You found a SITE where they criticized Cruz. And so it must be true. After all, it is against the very one you so dislike. But why? I know. You BOUGHT Trump; and don’t want to admit that YOU WERE WRONG. lol

          • bernie

I do my homework on the Candidates a lot. All I can say is; If you want an establishment Republican, Globalist , OWO President, vote for the other guys, not Trump. He is the one who loves our Country. He has proved by coming in, not taking money, but paying his way himself. He has been ridiculed, called a liar, everything in the book, yet he stills stands firm on what he says and what he will do. There is not one man running that could take the abuse Trump has taken and still be in the Race.
            TRUMP 2016

          • ADRoberts

The only thing you can prove that Trump loves is TRUMP. And if you can’t see that, you are truly blind.
And that smear about all the others being globalists is just that. A smear without ANY backing.
So you say that he stands FIRM? Explain the flip on abortion, just before he announced he was running. Explain how he supported the Gang of 8 and now he wants to claim he will close the border. Explain his pro-business position on eminent domain. Explain his attacks on women and especially on Fiorina. Explain his attack on the handicapped reporter.
Explain his flip-flop on Cruz’s citizenship.
Consist? The only thing Trump is consistent about is his love for Trump.
And as the Bibie says, he who is faithful in small things will be faithful in big things. So what does that mean? You can count on this happening again and again.
What you see is what you get.
I remind you of what the reporters said when they discovered all the sexual assaults by Bill Clinton prior to his being elected. They were confident that he would stop all of that after he was president. NOT.
AND the same will be true of Trump.

          • bernie

One Example. All the Bushs’ are for a OWO. See father Bush touting it on internet.G W. planning with Mexican President to join 3 country union, Mexico, Canada, United States..Anyone that wants open borders does not want Sovereignty for our Country. Evidently you have not looked at any info , only what you want to believe about it.You can find out a lot of thing if you search , and most times find the truth. People change their views on a lot of things as they grow older, and that is to be expected. I imagine you have changed yours a few times I have. I. voted Republican for years, but don’t like the way they are doing now at all. Our Country remaining Sovereign means more than anything else, because if we lose it, that will be disastrous. I don’t know who you will vote for , but I’m sure it must be one of the establishment Republicans or Hillary, which will be one of the worst things possible for this Country.. . .

          • ADRoberts

I have recounted that the Bushes are part of the problem.
Right now, the only discussion that I have been having is who that is running is also one of those elite.
I am fairly sure that Trump is one of them.
I was convinced that Palin was a good one. Then she endorsed Trump
            Marked her off for ANYTHING.
Cruz is the last one as far as I can tell.

          • kbfallon

Very Good and on point–that’s what I was thinking also by the way.

          • ADRoberts

Excellent. You are a liar who agrees with another liar. Who would have thought? LOL

          • bernie

Some people on this posting site need to start looking up their own information on the Candidates. It seems that they want everyone else to do their work for them. I guess they think they can spout off falsehoods and try to make everyone believe what they post, but it doesn’t work that way. You won’t even have to go 10 or 25 years back when a Candidate you hate might have done something you don’t approve of. Most see very clearly what you are trying to do, which is to smear and ruin someone for your gratification and Candidate,Do your own homework. You will have done a good days work..

          • bernie

KB Fallon, that post of mine that went to you wasn’t for you..

          • kbfallon

what the heck are you on? How you got that from me agreeing with some one makes little sense. WOW!

          • bernie

You may have got a Comment that was sent to you by mistake. another person got one of mine that was not meant for them either . Sorry about that

          • bernie

Kbfallon You may have got a Comment that was sent to you by mistake. Another one of my comments was sent to the wrong person. Sorry about that. bernie

          • kbfallon

Cruz has enough big money donors..like his wifes business she works at…who will and do pay people to disrupt any one from voting Trump–don’t believe me?
Look at the deed he pulled in Iowa–they know how to play low-ball.

          • ADRoberts

A blatant lie that you just pulled out of your ******8.
So PROVE that the bankers are GIVING money to Cruz. Of course they are not. But you get to say lies like that without proof, beause that is all you have left.
            LOL.
            YOU LOSE again.

          • ADRoberts

Now we get to the final straw for those who support Trump without reason. They start to smear and call those who see Trump; for what he is as “progressives”.
That seems to be the ultimate insult ans smear. Apparently, they simply cannot conceive of someone actually being against their “precious” without being a fanatic liberal progressive.
LOL. That shows you the fact that they have LOST and they know it.

        • Irene Elizabeth Grooms

I still say D. TRUMP PERIOD.

          • MikeS

Good for you. By election time, he may be the only choice. I will support Cruz until then.

          • ClarenceDeBarrows

Way to go, Mike. You betray yourself with your flawed rhetoric. Don’t rely on facts, only attenuated personal opinion. Cruz has been a corrupt manipulator since his Texas days where he won the election by hiding the fact that he wasn’t an American Citizen from the voters. Surprise, surprise! Check out J. B. Williams as I mentioned above.

          • ADRoberts

Mike has virtually no flaws in his thinking compared to YOU.
Show us what Cruz has done that is real conservatism?
You can’t. But you refuse to even try.
And who is J. B. Williams that anyone should believe in him. He is just another person, who, probably, has been snookered JUST LIKE YOU.
And I lived in Texas when Cruz was elected.
And YOU LIE. He is and was a citizen.
But since you are so dead set in attacking him, I guess one more lie is no problem for you.
So will you admit that you have a VESTED INTEREST? I cannot image a bad enough descriptive your you when you so intentionally LIE about Cruz.
            I will give you this.
You WILL instantly know the truth and regret your actions. WHEN? One second after you die.

          • ADRoberts

            08 you were deceived
            12 you were deceived
Do you suppose the third time is a charm.

The elite4 aren’t stupid. They know that they can’t get another Democrat past us. So the definitive thing is HIJACK the Republican party nominee by sending in a FAKE whose history is one of RADICAL LIBERAL.

          • Irene Elizabeth Grooms

I weren’t deceived cause i knew just what Mr. Smarty Pants was in the first place.

          • ADRoberts

Well, it seems that you are about to get it this time.
            PROVE that Trump loves America.
Prove that Trump is a real conservative
Prove that it is something other than JUST WORDS needed to get elected.

PROOF is a record of his actions and where he puts his money.

Like proving that he is NOT a Christian by showing that he does not TITHE.
That is right. A real Christian acknowledges to God and the world that God owns it all by giving a tithe. And those who DON’T AREN’T.

        • ClarenceDeBarrows

Know this, Mike. Cruz is not qualified under Article II of our Constitution to be President and he knows it, but his personal agenda, the devious corrupt one, allows him to talk out of both sides of his mouth regarding our Constitution, citing it when it works to his advantage and disregarding it when it doesn’t. Sounds like an Obama, technique, doesn’t it. Google, J. B. Williams The End of the American Presidency, if you want a few facts on Cruz and the corruption he’s employed ever since his Texas days to get elected into our political arena. Simply disgusting, but folks would rather ignore the facts if they don’t coincide with their unsupported opinions. The complaints you have against Trump are peccadillos compared to the political corruption “brilliant” lawyer Cruz has involved himself in ever since his Texas days.
          Cheers!

          • MikeS

Cruz is a good man and currently the best qualified to be President. If something new comes up to disqualify him, I will be forced to vote for Trump. Much of what you said is conjecture and much is false and I do not think much of J. B. Wiliams. Trump is almost a clone of obama in his campaign style. Better minds than mine are saying this. I suggest you get away from that Williams fellow and do more homework on both Trump, Rubio and Cruz.

          • ADRoberts

You have tried this before. Unfortunately for you, others who ARE constitutional experts have stated an opinion against your position. They state that only he SCOTUS will be able to declare Cruz ineligible. And that is NOT going to happen.
How can I be so certain? Because IF they do, it immediately means that OBAMA IS OUT. And they are not going to do that.
            SO YOU LOSE.

So bright boy. I lived in Texas all the time Cruz was there. And I can tell you we were THRILLLED to put him in the Senate, instead of that elitist’s choice, Dewhurst. I bet you know so little of Texas that you did not even know who ran against Cruz. There is one chance that you could have been in Texas and been disgusted. That would be if you were one of those brain dead Austinites.
Now a challenge for you, since I have caught you lying. Name the “corruption” you claim was Cruz’s.
I bet you work for the same lawyer who filed a chain of suits against Palin, until she was forced to resign.
            GOTCHA.
Don’t bother responding unless you can NAME the actions in Texas you claim were corrupt and tricks.

        • bernie

On imminent domain, Trump offered the woman a lot of money, she turned him down. The state ruled against her for a lower price, and Trump said , ” You should have taken my offer”. She said “I sure should have. ” He paid her what he had offered, and she was very happy to receive it, He also did not call all women pigs, etc. Get your facts straight. Rosie Odonnel started the deal with Trump awhile back, tried to put him down . He got the better of her. Good thing someone did. Most of the things you have said are wrong. Our Government has never been more imperial than it is now. Trump will bring some common sense back to our Government. As I assume you are a Democrat, you should remember how the Democrats, including other Democrats badmouthed Sarah Palin, even about her handicapped child. That’s a terrible thing to do.

          • ADRoberts

What proof do you have that Trump will do what you claim he will. He has NO record, unlike Cruz. He just has words. And you BELIEVE them. I believe God’s worfds. Not Trumps. As to the woman who lost, she was still right. The rich man took from someone who did not have so much. And how did he get away with it? CRONISM. You try that and see how far YOU get.
Now about that common sense. That is a term used often these days by gun grabbers and those who want A CERTAIN WAY, that others oppose. So they call it COMMON SENSE.
            LOL
Then you go the the statement of LAST RESORT. All who are against Trump MUST be Democrats and progressives. NOT. We are just smarter than YOU are.
            SUCKERS.

        • reggie

Yes, you’ve thought a lot about him, and that’s good. My stance is that he’s an open book, warts and all. He has had real jobs his whole life, has crashed and burned, and has overcome it. Do I agree with everything he’s done or said, not no, hell no. We don’t have tv, so don’t know what’s going on, but did see a few of his shows. When people spoke, he seemed to really listen and evaluate. Not always nicely, agreed. He does not want to fail, he’s a smart man who will hire smart people, not fools that he ‘owes’. What are the alternatives? Clinton who is bought by the highest bidder, allowing the sale of 20% of US uranium to Russia? Covering for her husband as he runs around like a rabbit in heat? What about Vince Foster. Rubio has shown that he will fold. Cruz is a smart cookie, but my gut says not yet, not now. The world is in a mess, thanks to the current batch in DC. I think we need fresh, a different outlook by someone who will not be pushed around by anyone.

          • ADRoberts

Trump can be described as DECEIVING MANY. And you will see in time, IF he gets the office. He will just continue the actions of Obama, because the Bilderbergs need to bring America down.
And there is no reason to believe that Trump is NOT one of them.

          • reggie

OK, point taken. Who would you suggest? Hillary? Sanders? Rubio? Cruz? They’re all in for “me”. At this point, the country is going to hell very rapidly, and frankly listening to the whiners in the universities, listening to the Yale students wanting to eliminate the 1st Amendment, I don’t have much hope, regardless of who gets in. The 2014 election basically told me all I needed to know. I just think he’s the least of the evils.

          • ADRoberts

I hear a lot. I see a lot. And the one I still hope for is Cruz. Even the criticism that come out have been refuted.
Megan Kelly went after him about the immigration bill. Later , she came back and said that she could see what he had done and it proved that he was not hypocritical. And that from a Fox news person where we have seen all kinds of ties from Fox people with Rubio.

          • reggie

Problem is, he is not eligible. I could see him coming into the final stretch then being bitten in the azz, a set up. From the Presidential Eligibility Tutorial “In order for you to meet the parental citizenship condition, both your parents must be U.S citizens at the time of your birth. But your parents do not need to be natural born citizens. It does not matter where your parents were born. It does not matter how your parents became U.S. citizens.” There are other sites that basically say the same thing.

          • ADRoberts

Now I will give you a lesson.
            1. Your contention fits nicely with those who are pushing the FALSE conservative Trump on us. He is just crossing over from the Democrat side to TAKE away the election from any NON Democrat.
            2. If the SCOTUS were to decide that Cruz were ineligible (and they are the only ones who can now) then they would have to immediately remove Obama from office.
And that is NOT going to happen.
Now, you just keep trying to think of ways to smear, tear down and negate the only REAL conservative who is the most CONSTITUTIONAL focused man in the race.
He is hated by the media and Democrats and RINOs for a reason.
And take note. The RINOs in the Senate are lining up behind Trump. That SHOULD tell you loads. But not if you are not paying attention.

          • reggie

They all are, lets face it. However, what is in his favor is that he has paid for his own campaign. Up to this point he owes no one. After the 2014 debacle, my hope for this country diminishes daily.

          • ADRoberts

His assignment from the elite is to wrest the Republican nomination from real conservatives.

        • ADRoberts

Finally;. Someone who gets it. And this is not all of what he has done.
Now watch the Trump piglets attack YOU since they can’t refute what he just said.

    • kbfallon

      Go Cruz….yes go–back to Canada..EH!

      • MikeS

Cruz is a solid American. We need him as President.

      • ADRoberts

        You first.

    • Almie

Cruz babbles and is a lying crooked snake. Go Trump!!

      • MikeS

Pitiful retort. You desperately need to study up on Trump. He is not who you think he is.

        • reggie

You copied and pasted your other comment, so I thought it fitting that I do the same.

Yes, you’ve thought a lot about him, and that’s good. My stance is that he’s an open book, warts and all. He has had real jobs his whole life, has crashed and burned, and has overcome it. • ADRoberts

Just like Rubio, running for Senate, he admitted that he would say whatever it takes to get elected. Just like Hillary, running for Senate. She did not even pretend. She just told the reporters that she would get back with them. Then she hired a pollster to see what New Yorkers wanted to hear.

          Trump is the same.

Follow the money. See where he put his money. And then, if someone wants to claim that it was just business, make them prove that it was business and he actually GOT something out of it. If not, then he was supporting RADICAL LIBERALS.

          • MikeS

            Right On partner!

      • ADRoberts

I challenge to tell us the lies you claim Cruz tells.
I have a couple for Trump. He claims he is pro-life. See if he has given a cent to Crisis Pregnancy Centers? See if, he has given to Planned Parenthood. I betcha.
        Proof or shut up.

    • ClarenceDeBarrows

And Cruz babbles like the corrupt politician that he is!

  • Webb

    Who’s Voting for Cruz…
One more debate down…Still Cruz is looking to be the candidate for the Job!
    Cruz in 2016…

    • Irene Elizabeth Grooms

TRUNMP 2016 FOR OUR PRESIDENT PERIOD.

    • Milton W. Lowe

      TRUMP 2016 & 2020…TWO TERMS…!!!

      • Jrducky

Try 0 terms. His supporters are beginning to see he is all blow, no go.

        • ClarenceDeBarrows

Citation on your source of facts please.

    • CrustyOldGeezer

From your position of supporting Cruz, am I to understand that you no longer value the Constitution of this nation?

The rest of us still Believe in and Support the Constitution.

If this comment is difficult for you to understand, you need to learn the subject.

      • Peter Smith

Ted Cruz is the only candidate that will defend the Constitution. Am I to understand that YOU have a candidate that will? LOL. Crusty, I am well versed in the subject and I understand your ignorance completely.

        • ClarenceDeBarrows

If you are truly “well versed in the subject” you know that Cruz, along with Rubio and Obama are not qualified under Article II of our Constitution as written by the Founders, to run for the Presidency. YOUR ignorance is amazing as you advertise it.

          • Peter Smith

Ah, another idiot arguing “natural born citizen” status of Ted Cruz. Article II of the Constitution is incredibly vague on the definition of the term.”Natural born citizen”. If fact, it completely omits a definition for the term. While the Founding Fathers may have understood their intent, they failed to pass the information on. Curious!
I am assuming YOU are the defining Constitutional scholar with all the answers? LOL at a fool. Now you’ll quote assertions made by Vattel in “Law of Nations”, a writing some 40 years BEFORE the United States even existed. Or you can go back and note that Vattel really just borrowed the writings of Leibniz, Wolff, and Grotius.
Suffice to say, I believe Cruz, Rubio, and yes, even the current DC Idiot, Obama had already done the leg work BEFORE deciding to run for the office of POTUS.
Yep, I have been down this road and this argument before, with more intelligent people than you Clarence. Go be disingenuous elsewhere.

        • drrocko

Cruz is not a “Natural Born Citizen” ! He held dual citizenship until 3 years ago ! FACT ! And his father was NOT a US citizen until after he was born !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

          • Peter Smith

Ah, another idiot arguing “natural born citizen” status of Ted Cruz. Article II of the Constitution is incredibly vague on the definition of the term.”Natural born citizen”. Are all of the exclamation points a feeble attempt to sway me or make a point? Dual citizenship has never been a sticking point when it come to NBC status. Many children of servicemen have dual cictizenship when they are born overseas during the parents deployment. NIce try but you are incredibly wrong drrocko.

        • CrustyOldGeezer

From your position on the subject it is obvious that your version of “well versed” can be directly translated to. completely ignorant and demand that you be allowed to remain so.

          • Peter Smith

Really? Is that all you can come up with? No answer at all, not even a haphazard stab in the dark? It is obvious, “Crusty” implies eyeballs to underwear. Good luck with that.

          • CrustyOldGeezer

And you still adhere to the notion that if a person is born, then they must be ‘natural born’ and have no clue why the term was used in the Framing of the Constitution.

          • Peter Smith

By all means, point me to the Article in the Constitution that defines “Natural born citizen”. I have done a lot of research in this and I do indeed understand the Founders intent of the NBC requirement. But in all my research, I have found no definition of the term “natural born citizen” that was penned by the Founding Fathers. However, I have more than enough written precedent to assert Ted Cruz meets the NBC requirement. You should be able to research it for yourself, but then that would spoil your entire argument, wouldn’t it? Do I need to explain further?

          • CrustyOldGeezer

Ask yourself “Why did the Framers of the Constitution use a term that has never been defined and in use by every civilized nation at the time”?

            Perhaps it was ALREADY DEFINED.

deVattels “Law of Nations” was well known to the Framers and during the Constitutional Conventions, there were numerous copies present in both the original French and English translations.

Since the definitions were WELL KNOWN and in COMMON USE by ALL civilized nations at the time they felt no need to ‘define’ such a common knowledge in use of the day.

Does the menu at burger king “define” Hamburger on their menu?

From “Law of Nations” as used by the Framers of the Constitution.

What is a natural born citizen? Where did the framers come up with this term?

Where was it used before? So many questions, and the answers are right there if anyone wishes to
            search out the truth.

The term Natural born Citizen appears in our Constitution, in Article 1, Section 2, with these
words, “No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty five years, and been fourteen Years a resident within the United States.”

Before the Constitution the closest reference we have to Natural Born Citizen is from the legal treatise “the Law of Nations,” written by Emerich de Vattel in 1758.

            In book one chapter 19,

§ 212. Of the citizens and natives.

“The citizens are the members of the civil society; bound to this society by certain duties, and subject to its authority, they equally participate in its advantages. The natives, or natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens. As the society cannot exist and perpetuate itself otherwise than by the children of the citizens, those children naturally follow the condition of their fathers, and succeed to all their rights.

The society is supposed to desire this, in consequence of what it owes to its own preservation; and it is presumed, as matter of course, that each citizen, on entering into society, reserves to his children the right of becoming members of it. The country of the fathers is therefore that of the children; and these become true citizens merely by their tacit consent. We shall soon see whether, on their coming to the years of discretion, they may renounce their right, and what they owe to the society in which they were born.
I say, that, in order to be of the country, it is necessary that a person be born of a father who is a citizen; for, if he is born there of a foreigner, it will be only the place of his birth, and not his country.”

While I doubt you will read and PAY ATTENTION, you did ask to be taught a new concept….

Do your own research and forget your useless public indoctrination center ‘education’.

          • Peter Smith

Ya’ know, I just KNEW you were going to bring up Vattel and the Law of Nations. You are ASSUMING the Founders agreed with and used a document that was published some 40 years before our nation was even a thought. I have written at least a dozen posts at various times arguing this exact same erroneous assertion. You’re wrong when you ASSUME the intent of anything not spelled out in writing. I will hazard that I need not tell what “assume” really means. Either way, Ted Cruz will continue to be a viable, NBC candidate for the office of POTUS, and there is nothing else to be said. And Crusty, tak that “indoctrination center education” remark and stick it where the sun don’t shine. I will go up against the likes of you any day of the week and twice on Sunday. Good bye Crusty Trumpateer. You people will begin talking (and thinking I hope) for yourselves again as soon as the Donals pulls hand out of your back, ……. or is it up your -ss?

          • CrustyOldGeezer

and you are ‘assuming’ that your version is correct?

How do you order in a fast food place if the menu does not ‘define’ every item on the menu?

Incidentally, I am not a ‘trump supporter for any reason other than he is a Capitalist.

And no sweety, I AM NOT going to define Capitalist.

          • Peter Smith

… Two all beef patties, special sauce, cheese, lettuce, pickles ….all on a sesame seed bun ….. Uh, yes it does Crusty!
Capitalism is exactly what has made our nation the most productive and prosperous nation the world has ever known. Do I need to explain that to you Crusty Britches?
Oh, Crusty Curmudgeon! Please, define an economic system that I have lived the last 56 years LIVING in real life ……… PLEASE! I’m very healthy, happy, and living COMFORTABLY and I don’t know why? What an ignorant, pompous -ss you are.
PS Since you detest capitalism, Bernie must be your man? Good luck with that! Thank God our nation won’t ever go that direction.

          • CrustyOldGeezer

But little child, “two all beef patties” were not defined.

            It requires an assumption.

            56 years huh?

Amazing, most lower life forms fail a lot earlier….

oh, living the goof life on welfare are ya?

But, your definition requires the Limbaugh/Levin theory to be correct.

“Since Natural Born Citizen was not defined, the Authors of the Constitution dropped an unknown phrase into the Constitution and left it to others, that were to come later, to determine and define what they wanted it to mean.”

At least THAT is what they have been passing off as ‘fact’ since th “Illinois Board of Elections” declared both cruz and rubio to be NBC

Undoubtedly the MOST CORRUPT group on the planet.

But they said what you wanted to hear…..

Too bad the Authors of the Constitution were stupid enough to fit your desires isn’t it?

          • Peter Smith

No Crusty britches, beef patties ARE the definition dumb-ss, or is that too much for you! No assumption required.
Yes 56 years. Paid for my own way for 3 1/2 years of college, got tried of being poor and hungry, went to work. With part time during school and full time after, that’s 38 years in commercial construction and a project superintendent since 1991. I’ve EARNED my way, no help from my fellow tax payers required, EVER!
I heard, and you did too, the TRUTH of the matter. Unlike you, I believe the Founders wrote the Article 2 of the Constitution EXACTLY the way they had intended. They knew we would become the melting pot of the world and the greatest nation on the planet. I believe they left the term vague knowing it was up to each and every passing generation to define the meaning of “natural born citizen of the United States of America”. On this they succeeded and their written vision lives on. The best governmental document ever written. Now Crusty, go pound sand up your -ss.

          • CrustyOldGeezer

I find it interesting that you KNOW what the Authors of the Constitution were thinking.

Then you toss in the “I Believe”, “they left the term vague”

Odd that you have to jump through such hoops to justify your position.

How many other ‘phrases or terms’ did they intentionally leave vague so morons could determine what they wanted it to mean?

And you finish with a ‘go pound sand…’ comment.

Perhaps intelligent discussions are not in your skill set?

          • Peter Smith

When did “I believe” become “I know”? Or are you really that ignorant? Or maybe you’re just stoned out of your mind? Or maybe you’re just a cretinous fecal encephalos.
How stating my beliefs and opinions becomes “jumping through such hoops” is a fitting statement from an idiot.
I believe the Founders wrote EXACTLY what they wanted, with the exact context they intended for the future of America. Is that so difficult to understand? I mean, my grandson understands, …….. Oh, I see my error, you are obviously below the learning curve of a first grader.
And yes, Crusty, by all means, continue to pound sand because “intelligent discussions” are hell and gone from your particular limitations.

          • CrustyOldGeezer

            Your ‘belief’ has no credibility.

The actual writings of the Framers leaves nothing to doubt.

I suggest you take the FREE online courses offered by Hillsdale College.

They don’t rely on what Bob, the wino down the street ,mentioned once while you were sharing a jug of Mestacale.

          • Peter Smith

No credibility with you perhaps. But then, that is just mind over matter, I don’t mind because you don’t matter.
In the written Constitution, there is more than ample room to question some of the meaning. Your just too stoned to realize this.
I suggest you continue taking those free classes Crusty, just remember, you get what you pay for. NOTHING for NOTHING, yep, it fits you to a “T”.
Don’t worry, they don’t rely on you either. But then neither does anyone on the board, fitting. Your education and what I’ve gotten from this discussion, …… NOTHING! Great work Crusty Britches!

          • CrustyOldGeezer

Ignorance is merely a lack of knowledge.

When one is ignorant, then learns that there is knowledge to be gained, yet refuses to avail themselves of the knowledge they condemn themselves to eternal ignorance and permanent Stupidity.

I’m still waiting for a list of all the ‘vaguely written’ terms and phrases you have found.

When Historical FACT, Logic, Reason, and Common Sense are not on your side, perhaps you should re-evaluate your position.

You should probably educate yourself while you live in a country that allows freedom of thought.

And, no, I’m not going to hold my breath.

          • Peter Smith

Well, you picked a topic you definitely are personally accostumed with Crusty, your ignorance and your lack of “knowledge learned”. I will agree with your future of “permanent Stupidity” or I assert “Terminal Stupidity”. That is your past, present, and future. Enjoy!
Your comment on “Historical FACT” is laughable because you have NO historical fact you can claim as support for your statements. Logic is based on facts, you have none. Reason, really Crusty? Common Sense? You are proof common sense is not all that common.
You talk about freedoms and this is the guy wanting to elect Bernie the Socialist. What a tool.
Oh PLEASE Crusty! Hold your breath until I say “When”. I’m sure a cold day in Hell will happen sooner or later.

          • CrustyOldGeezer

And still nothing but assumptions in your pathetic responses.

Why not try to stay on topic, PAY ATTENTION to the flow?

          • Peter Smith

More than assumptions Crusty, you’re just not smart enough to know and too old to attempt to change. “Crusty” is a very good description of your posts. And as to staying on topic, I answer or respond to every thing you’ve posted, you addled brained worm.

          • CrustyOldGeezer

I see the silly child is still around with his childish taunts ans attempts at sarcasm

Let me know how that play out in the real world.

          • Peter Smith

Oh Crusty, your ignorance abounds. Have you read your own posts? Childish and sarcastic don’t do you justice. Moronic, ignorant, “couldn’t hit water if he fell out of a boat”, and wallowing in the disingenuous thoughts of progressive liberal (or socialist in your case) fool.
My beliefs and life experiences are “playing out” just fine in the real world Crusty. Conservatism, alike good old fashioned cream, have a tendency of ALWAYS rising to the top.

          • CrustyOldGeezer

And this little missive adds what to the conversation?

Or are you still trying to convince yourself you have a brain?

          • Peter Smith

I could very easily make the same response Crusty. You have not had a conversation, you’ve attempted to preach, and you’re no preacher. You attempt to talk down to me and I’ll respond every time, are you THAT friggin’ stupid that you don’t understand this, Bernie Jr! Your understanding of this nation is as tired, dirty, and offensive smelling as a fart in a phone booth. Don’t bother to respond Crusty, but I know you can’t help yourself.

          • CrustyOldGeezer

And still nothing of value to improve the communication between adults.

Incidentally, I am still waiting for that list of other “vaguely written” terms and phrases the Authors wrote into the Constitution to “make it a living document”.

      • Webb

        Sir,
Never question a Conservatives love of the Constitution or the Bill of Rights or The USA!
We all Interpret The Constitution…Even The Supreme Court Interprets it on many Occasions!
Scholars and Constitutional Lawyers on both sides, Republicans and Democrats, have Agreed
        Cruz is LEGAL!
Your choice is who ever…My Choice is Cruz!
Hope this comment wasn’t to difficult for you to Understand!
        ☆☆☆

        • bernie

MY opinion is that the Supreme Court will have to be the Judge of Cruzs’ eligibility.

        • reggie

I don’t want to get into the snark. However, According to The Presidential Tutor: “In order for you to meet the parental citizenship condition, both your parents must be U.S citizens at the time of your birth. But your parents do not need to be natural born citizens. It does not matter where your parents were born. It does not matter how your parents became U.S. citizens. They could have acquired their citizenship by birth. They could have, as immigrants, acquired U.S. citizenship through naturalization.” His parents came to the US in 1956, he was born in 1971, and his parents became citizens in 1975 or 1976. Another source that concurred was the Marshall Report. According to this, 0b0 was never eligible. if someone has other information, I’d like it. Forget the IL statement. Sorry, don’t buy their story.

      • ClarenceDeBarrows

        Well said, Crusty, well said!

    • lou

I’m voting Trump but if Cruz is the nominee I will support and vote for Cruz the others I’ll just stay home

      • Webb

        Lou,
        Understandable…I will do the same!
We all evaluate the candidates and give our best shot as who will be the best.
But…I am Voting if I have to Crawl to the voting booth…No More Democrats!
        ☆☆☆

        • reggie

I think Rubio has shown that he’s not up to the job. that’s good. The worst voting record, couldn’t be bothered to show up for the big bucks vote on Dec 18. Yes, family comes first. So he needs to take care of them, but not at the expense of this country. I was very disappointed to google his voting record. The majority of votes he did attend to were issues he was co-sponsoring.
