Colorado poll: GOP ahead on 2016

Two leading Republican 2016 presidential front-runners best two leading Democratic front-runners in a key swing state, a new poll shows.

Florida Sen. Marco Rubio and New Jeresey Gov. Chris Christie best Democrats former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Vice President Joe Biden in potential 2016 presidential match-ups in Colorado, according to a Quinnipiac survey out Friday.

Clinton fares better than Biden, and Christie fares better than Rubio. Biden trails Christie 32 percent to 48 percent, and he trails Rubio 35 percent to 48 percent. Clinton trails Christie 41 percent to 44 percent but trails by only 1 percent to Rubio.
