Dakota Access pipeline protest erupts into ‘ongoing riot’

November 21, 2016

Dakota Access PipelineCANNON BALL, N.D. — Law enforcement and protesters clashed late Sunday near the site of the Dakota Access pipeline, with at least one person arrested as protesters sought to push past a bridge on a state highway that had been blockaded since late October.

The Morton County Sheriff’s Office estimated 400 protesters were trying to cross the bridge on state Highway 1806 in what they called “an ongoing riot.” Law enforcement had formed a line to prevent their movement.

The clash was at the Backwater Bridge, near where protesters had set up camp on private property owned by the pipeline developer, Energy Transfer Partners, before they were forcibly removed by law enforcement in October. It’s also about a mile from an uncompleted section under Lake Oahe, a Missouri River reservoir, where work has been on hold by order of federal agencies.

At least one person had been arrested.

I see the The Dakota Access Pipeline problem very clearly. It took me 20 minutes online to figure this out. It is the oil pipeline path, not the pipeline, that is the issue!

So, it’s OK to run the pipeline west of Minot and Bismark and then south and twice!, TWICE!! across the Missori river and next to the Standing Rock Reservation water intake.

What was NOT done was run the pipeline straight south near Milot and east around Bismark and never!, NEVER!! cross the Missori river. But that would be to close to white people.

Check the map out here. Do you agree the route is wrong?

    Treaty of Fort Laramie (1868)

In this treaty, signed on April 29, 1868, between the U.S. Government and the Sioux Nation, the United States recognized the Black Hills as part of the Great Sioux Reservation, set aside for exclusive use by the Sioux people.

A conference was held at Fort Laramie, in present day Wyoming, which resulted in a treaty with the Sioux. This treaty was to bring peace between the whites and the Sioux who agreed to settle within the Black Hills reservation in the Dakota Territory.

Less than a decade later when gold was discovered in the Black Hills the US Gov. per President Grants illegal order choose to violate the treaty and launch a war against the Sioux.

Custer met his end later, because of it.

Work out a tax of a dime a gallon for the oil etc that is pumped through the pipeline after wards and give that to the tribal funds and that should do for them, what the Alaskan oil venture and pipeline does for Alaska.

When I read stories like this I always wonder how many of the protestors are professional troublemakers. I also wonder how many of these people use vehicles that get less than 30 mpg. The point is motor vehicles require fuel to operate. Power plants require fuel to operate. It seems to me that it will be safer and require less energy to transport fuel by a pipeline than by trucks or trains. These protestors could reduce fuel usage by not traveling all over the country protesting pipelines and the petroleum industry.

Really it’s Warren Buffet that wants the Pipe line stopped! He bought the railroad system in that part of the country, in the business world, for nothing and is making big profits hauling oil by train!

We don’t need foreign oil if we are allowed to produce our own. This is a national security issue which police should not have to deal with but military troops and equipment should be used as a national security issue.
Nearly all protesters on all issues are really bought and paid for by Anti-Americans just like Soros And Commie organizations.
The dumb kids involved are mind numb robots, brain washed on University campus.
