De Blasio: Homeless Policy ‘Will Take Years’ to Complete

New York Mayor Bill de Blasio says his plan to help the city’s homeless won’t solve the problem overnight.

The program, announced last week, is “the biggest outreach effort that probably any American city has mounted to reach the homeless and try to get them off the street – but also to create the ability to know what each individual needs to turn their life around,” de Blasio told host John Catsimatidis Sunday on “The Cats Roundtable” on AM 970 in New York, “It will take years.”

“know what each Individual needs” Try a mental institution or rehab. Do you really think these poor people know what they need. They are sick and need help! But morons like de Blasio just want to keep them on the dole so they vote D. So sad – he dose n’t care about their lives, freezing out in the cold — lonely and sleeping on hard concrete etc.
