Paul Ryan Plummets to 43 Percent in New Primary Poll

JANESVILLE, WI– A poll of likely Republican voters shows House Speaker Paul Ryan well below 50 percent in his race to maintain his seat in Wisconsin’s first Congressional district.

The poll was conducted by P.M.I., with 424 respondents randomly called from a file of 11,000 likely GOP primary voters. It shows that with one month remaining before Wisconsin’s August 9th vote, Ryan is polling at 43 percent.

Ryan’s challenger, Wisconsin businessman Paul Nehlen, is polling at 32 percent.

The Nehlen campaign notes that Ryan’s 43 percent “represents a drop of more than 30 points since the Nehlen campaign began polling likely Republican primary voters earlier in the year.”

“This poll shows voters are considering their options and choosing to opt out of Paul Ryan’s job-killing policies,” Nehlen said.

Ryan will be re-elected, He has the backing of the money in the party. You can call him RINO all you want but in the end he is a conservative republican just not crazy. In case you didn’t know congress is suppose to work with each other, they represent all the people not just the ones that agree with you.

All that I have seen and heard strongly suggests that Paul Ryan is nothing more than a Boehner clone. At the very least he seems to be infected with the “go along to get along” virus. I asked my congressional rep NOT to vote for Ryan as speaker but I was ignored so I’m looking for a qualified replacement for my own representative, meanwhile I hope that Wisconsin can divest itself of their RINO.

We are the Government, and just like the Target Stores, we need to prove we are capable of removal. Call the parties the Committers & Omitters. Dems Commit, the Republicans omit. We removed “Boner” and we have to remove Ryan. No worries, he get’s his pension.
By the way, we need the southern border closed ( a wall ) and Ryan has one around his house. My ancestors who came to Wisconsin, and settled in LaCross/West Salem in 1851 are spinning in their graves. Nehlen can do a wonderful job. Elect him.

Paul Ryan was once the darling of conservative Republicans. Times change. I’ve been disappointed with some of his actions since he became speaker. I had hoped for a true conservative speaker rather than a speaker who tried to govern as a moderate.

Keep the pressure on Nehlen, You have the support of the vast majority of Trump supporters behind you! We want Ryan out of the Speakers chair, a good start would be losing his his Congressional seat to you! Keep pushing! Good luck!

This is what happens when U continue to kiss the black boys a$$, the country is fed up with the boy and the RINO’s!!

    • Blue 3

Why don’t you tell us how he’s a RINO or what he’s doing to help Obama. I haven’t seen any of that.

      • Rodney Steward

He pushed for Obama’s spending and trade deal packages, with one giving Obama the power to fund certain groups with weapons and declare martial law if he chooses! And like most RINO’s, he supports the system over Trump and most all of this is on the news pretty often!!

        • Blue 3

I thought Boehner did that on the way out. I’m pretty sure the president can declare martial law without Paul Ryan. I’m not for Obama im just not for any old ass Republican speaker. I rather like the fact that someone with some longevity is in that seat. I’ve heard him contrast our values and Democrat values more than anybody. Also most trump supporters don’t think he’s great. He’s just better than the alternative. That’s hard to get behind.

    • Rodney Steward

And get rid of the Obama controlled unions!

    • Blue 3

Why don’t you tell us about Wisconsin’s good old days before them.

      • chuck stanford

Before that jerk off took office. There were plenty of jobs for everyone. He ran a lot of small business out business, For big corporate business. For more money in his pockets.

  • 7papa7

Good luck Nehlen. We need RINO Ryan out. Then we can possibly get a conservative speaker like Gohmert.
