Qatar Gives $100,000 to Texas School to Push Arabic Language and Culture

The Qatar Foundation International (QFI) granted $100,000 to a Texas school district to promote Arabic language and culture classes that begin next school year. This marks the third school district in Texas to accept funds from the Qatari non-profit’s global gift-giving arm.

The Austin Independent School District accepted the $100,000 from QFI to jump start new Arabic language and culture classes coming to three of its campuses in Fall 2016. The grant funds teacher salaries, curriculum development, instructional materials and unnamed resources.

Also, the University of Texas at Austin’s Arabic Flagship Program supports Austin ISD’s new Arabic classes. UT-Austin is one of four federally funded Arabic flagship college campus programs nationwide. Other participating universities are in Arizona, Maryland, and Oklahoma. The program started in 2000.

The Flagship Language program says it strives to prepare students to enter college with a “measurable” second language skill and to “push the model” to the elementary level, calling it vital to “educate a citizenry prepared to address the nation’s well-being in the 21st century.” The language program currently boasts 27 Flagship centers that provide a pathway to professional-level proficiency in Arabic, Chinese, Hindi-Urdu, Korean, Persian, Portuguese, Russian, Swahili, and Turkish.

What bothers me is the word “push” this curriculum. No where does it say there is widespread interest and desire to learn this laungauge. It almost appears like the students are coerced, cornered, and indoctrinated against their will. That is insidious. Just like the push by fags to teach abnormality, and disgusting perversions, where in the curriculum does this lie? What grade is given to learn such smut, and how does this relate to reading, writing, and arithmetic? Something is very evil admist the school room. No wonder kids absolutely hate school and the people who imprison them there!

Take the money and train the next generation of CIA and FBI operatives. We need to know the culture, the language and the slang if we are to defeat them.

What the TX Department of Education should be doing is improving the quality of education they provide to American children. English is our official language and any foreign language taught should be on the particular student demand. No US School District should push any foreign language and culture. For Heaven’s sake our children lack knowledge of grammar, mathematics, US and world history and other subjects that are basic to a child’s education and now they are teaching a foreign language without knowing English well and learning a culture that is totally opposite and contrary to our own. They should say to the people of Qatar to use that money to improve the living conditions of their citizens who live in deplorable conditions. We are surrounded by more idiots, mentally deranged people than anyone can imagine.

Austin is the liberal bastion of Texas. All the weirdo liberals live there,
vote liberal and the University has been liberal since I attended in the 60’s.
We Texans may just have to annex Austin.

I’m really beginning to worry about Texas, they are being flooded with muslim! But this is one state Obama fears the most and believes if U control Texas, U control the South and is the reason for flooding the state with muslims! And as far as the schools go, they’ll take money from anyone for anything, after all, they do the brainwashing for the Gov., just like Hitler did I Germany with the White man being the Jew!

Where is the TX Department of Education in this decision? This is a horrible idea. The school district obviously can’t read between the lines. This is an effort to proselytize Islam to non-Muslims with a goal of conversion. I would pull my student out of that district’s schools. Also, I don’t think American governmental agencies (schools are just one) should be allowed to take foreign money. Isn’t that illegal?

If it is legal then it needs to be ruled as not legal. Talk about a conflict of interests and aren’t these the idiots we pulled Sadam off of? Makes me wish the Bushes had not gotten rid of the Iraq leader. Boy were we fools to trust that establishment family. Weapons of mass destruction my ass!

No, the BS scheme is a Weapons Of Mass Instruction.
