Comey: Hillary’s FBI Testimony Wasn’t Under Oath Or Recorded, But It Would Still Be a Crime To Lie

During testimony before Congress on Thursday, FBI Director James Comey stated that the FBI’s interview with presumptive Democratic presidential nominee former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was not under oath or recorded, but it still would be a crime to lie to the FBI.

Comey stated that he did not personally interview Clinton, and did not talk to all of the “five or six” who did interview Clinton.

He was then asked, “did she testify or talk to them under oath?” Comey answered, “No.” But added that “it’s still a crime to lie to us.”

When asked if there was a transcript of the interview, Comey stated that there wasn’t one because the interview wasn’t recorded, but there was an analysis of Clinton’s interview.

Comey stated that had anyone working for the FBI did what Hillary did, there would be displinary measures taken, including firing! Why isn’t Hillary held to same standards? Lying to a Congressional committee is a felony, disqualifing her to be President & handle OUR National Security.

Pathetic, watched it all, the idiot democrats gave speeches about anything that wasn’t about the reason Comey was there, but about michael the thug brown, and other crap. Comey was unclear, wasn’t even at the Sunday interrogation of hildabeast, nor was she under oath. What’s more interesting is the fact that Comey never spoke with all the investigators. He should be removed from office and tried for aiding and abetting. She is guilty as hell, he knows it and laid it out. Just pathetic.

The interview with Hillary was nothing more than an opportunity for Hillary’s fans in the FBI to meet her. This was nothing more than a sham. If there was no recording or transcript from the meeting. Even if she lied there would be no way they could prove it.

Once again we see how the above-the-law crowd operates. The FBI may be unwilling to treat Hillary like they would an average citizen but we have a say. On election day we can send this horrible woman into retirement. Hillary Clinton is corrupt and sloppy in the way she handles her job.

As for the FBI, it sounds like time to clean house in the FBI. How many other people would be allowed to chat with the FBI without their interview being recorded or a transcript made? Hopefully President Trump will ask for Comey’s resignation on his first day in office.

So, basically they all sat around and shared their coke? No interview was done. No accurate analysis occurred. My guess is that the Clinton’s have dirt on Comey and used it to get off the hook.

I think it’s time they call Hillary in to speak before Congress and while under oath. How does she escape these blatant crimes? I think though they’re going to finally nail her on perjury.

What a surprise – not recorded – Comey did not talk to those who asked the questions. And we are supposed to believe this crap coming from Clinton and Comey. This after the “chance” meeting in Phoenix?

Comey has lost all creditability and should resign immediately. For an investigation to have gone on this long and not to record or have her under oath is totally unforgiveable. This just proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that the fix was in the moment Lynch and B. Clinton met in Phoenix.

Not under oath!! Not interviewed by Comey!!! No wonder he didn’t recommend criminal charges. They gave her a pass and that’s the truth in the whole matter. Disgusting!!! The criminals continue to run the country.
