by
July 5, 2015

romney-king-ap-640x480Former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney attacked real estate mogul and 2016 GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump on Saturday, telling a CNN reporter he thinks Trump’s remarks on illegal immigrants were a “severe error.”

“Do you think Donald Trump’s comments on Mexicans have hurt the Republican Party?” a reporter asked Romney in video carried on CNN on Saturday.

“Yes, I think he made a severe error in saying what he did about Mexican-Americans,” Romney replied. “And it’s unfortunate.”

Trump is 100% right. Today’s illegal invaders are coming for thre “Obama Free Ride” knowing the borders are wide open, they will never be deported and will get 100% amnesty. What a disgrace. It is insane that we allow this. Close the border, build the wall, and man it. Those who wish to come legally can The illegal invaders we do not need. Trump is the only one telling the truth and all the politicians of both parties and the media are against him

  • maggie9876

    No, Donald Trump was right.

  • So, these RINO idiots are too cowardly to speak out against Illegal Criminals, which shows them to be going against our Laws and Constitution! Any candidate who is against our Laws needs to get the hell out of the way and let a Real American take the Lead! Trump was talking about the Illegal Criminals and anyone within our borders without permission is a Criminal, period, no matter what these Leftist Twats say! Shows how Cowardly the GOP Wimps truly are! Screw the GOP, it is about as Godless and Evil as the Democrats!

  • Bernie

Donald Trump is the only politition out there telling the truth,The rest are just a bunch of yes people.Don’t any of them have a mind of their own.Not enough brands to have a thought.

There is no such thing as a political issue. Reason being, they always turn in to an economic issue all-ah healthcare, immigration, same sex marriage. Labeling these issues as political issues allows the the pols to keep kicking the can down the road while kicking their principles under the bus. We don’t need any more Clintons or Bushes for that matter.

  • ICDB

Gott’a say Trump is a big dose of REFESHMENT!!!!

Illegal immigration is a Political issue. Politicians do not want to talk about it because they want the Hispanic vote. But I know a lot of people who are really disgruntled about illegals and they definitely want the issue attended to. So, Mr. Trump did a service by bringing the issue to the forefront…nobody else would. Bravo. On the other hand, Mr. Obama would just as soon discontinue the necessity of U.S, citizenship entirely and just open the borders to all of the the terrorists he can pack into the country to help facilitate Immigration and Welfare Jihad. Why else would he be ordering millions of blank Green Cards. Mexicans don’t really have anything to do with it. American gets illegals from most every country in the world. And everyone side steps the root cause of illegal immigration. That is another Political issue that isn’t brought to the table, but ignored.

The RINOs are soft on law enforcement and soft on illegal immigration. There are many conservatives who firmly believe that a return to law and order is the only thing that will save the U.S.. Republican compromisors, as presidential candidates over the last 25 years, have a dismal record. They have hurt the party, but more, they have hurt the country by not standing up for principles. The country needs a new sense of direction which can only come from committed Americans with an appreciation for what the country can and ought to be rather than what it can, but should not become. While conservative fiscal policies are needed, they, alone, will not save the country. The more RINOs are like Democrats, the better the chances Democrats have of winning. After all, when it comes to imitations and the real thing, there is nothing like the real thing. Give Americans an honest, clear, definitive choice, not merely a “lesser of two evil liberals.”

A country without borders is not a country. We have the right to control the borders to protect our citizens from a variety of problems from national security, disease, crime and economics! We have an immigration system established to control immigration in an orderly manner for the best interests of the country while still welcoming people from elsewhere and we have the right to do so!

As for Trump’s statements; He has a right to speak his mind and the truth which is what he did! What Mexico thinks about it is just too bad. They enforce their borders to the extreme while going so far as to encourage and enable more than 25% of their population to enter this country ILLEGALLY! Mexico is making it necessary for us to do the same!

  • VirgoVince

    TRUMP IS/WAS RIGHT and HONEST!
Other GOP pussies should try it sometime!
Get over it and move forward! Grow some BALLS!

The only reason the Dumocrats want to kill the messenger, Trump, is because he spoke the truth. He didn’t insult the Mexican immigrants because they are legal. He did speak rather bluntly about the illegal migrants, but what he said was true. Hell, we have more Mexicans in this country than Mexico has in Mexico. I don’t mind legal immigrants at all, as they are an asset to the country, but I do have a problem with the illegal migrants. I didn’t care much for Trump before, but I now see he may have more guts than many of the current candidates, and could possibly make a good president. Certainly he would do better than the current imposter POTUS or Hillary. We need someone who isn’t so Politically Correct that they can’t tell the unvarnished truth. Hang in there Donald!

  • 4lifeandfreedom

Obviously, the R liberals must stay together! I do not care for Donald Trump, but I believe he was stating a fact that has been proven(even over the July 4th weekend). Mustn’t let the country become too conservative, must we! No to Romney, no to Rubio, no to Christie, no to Bush–yes to Paul, yes to Cruz, yes to Jindal, and who else?

    • megan

Yes to Jindal….so far. The rest not so much.

  • Bob Stewart

I don’t think Trump attacked Mexican Americans. I think he attacked illegal immigrant criminals and I agree with him. Too bad others are more interested in their poll numbers than they are in the truth. Mexican Americans who got here legally are welcome. Illegals are just criminals just like Obama who refuses to exercise his duties and violates his oat of office.

  • Roy Clingenpeel

The left and the media are propagandist that say and print things that are twisted into a logical statement. I don’t know any voting conservatives that are against legal immigration nor racially biased of those who have successfully navigated the process. What we are against and critical of are illegals forcibly entering without authorization and being manipulated by presidential law violations bypassing congress with unconstitutional decrees of amnesties that are open ended invitation to violate the constitution and federal law. Those that advocate circumventing or violating laws during the election process are not socially nor legally qualified to be in our government. All politicians and government officials including employees are by law sworn to defend and uphold the Constitution of the United States and the legal laws “passed by congress”. The old question ” How can you tell when a politician is lying? Answer: Their lips are moving” This practice must be stopped by voting those that fall into that category OUT. Most that are running currently, the professional politicians, fall into that category and are destroying the credibility of the United States.

  • carpkiller

Americans are fed up with illegals, and jeb and the rest of them are afraid Trump might beat them. People have had it with the standard politition as they stand today. He said what is true. Thats the way it should be.
