Ted Cruz: Christianity Under Assault From Liberal Facists

by The Hill  |  published on April 26, 2015

Ted-Cruz-CPAC“There is a liberal fascism that is going after Christian believers,” the 2016 GOP presidential candidate continued.

“It is heartbreaking,” Cruz argued. “But it is so extreme, it is waking people up.”

Cruz said same-sex marriage had produced rabid zealotry in Democratic ranks. This ideology, he argued, was excluding people of faith.

“Today’s Democratic Party has become so radicalized for legalizing gay marriage in all 50 states that there is no longer any room for religious liberty,” he said.

The Texas lawmaker said this stance was against America’s traditional values. Religious liberty, Cruz claimed, was one of the nation’s founding principles.

I agree 100%. I used to be a democrat, but it didn’t take long for me to open my eyes. Obama and his democrats are our down fall.

The democrat party used to claim that they were the party of the people. Now they have become the party of radicals and misfits and lack any common core beliefs with average democrats. Between sexual predators and union big shots, middle class democrats have no place to go. If they truly believe in America, they must realize that only a conservative government can lead us back to prosperity. If middle class people continue to support the democrat party, they will become the underclass, guided by bureaucrats who cater to groups that would tear America apart. The choice is yours. Will you stick your head in the sand and pretend nothing is going on, or will you support a return to an America respected by it’s citizens and the world?

I agree with what you say however there are a few things wrong with our system. it is a great and much admired form of government and would work just great if it were allowed to do so. The problem I see is that people are voting for candidates because they are democrat or republican and as we get closer to the election you will find it is harder to tell which party they belong to, they are as ashamed as we are, but not enough to resign their party and just do what their oath of office commands them to do. the republicans can talk the talk but show over and over they have no intentions of walking the walk.
Please tell me who the politician is who is so proud of their accomplishments. Who would like to step forward and say how proud they are of what they have done to increase the quality of public education, or to set up and change the present tax system, you know the one they always campaign on, not just lately bot for decades. What have they done? Increased the federal deficit from 6 to 18 trillion dollars in 5 years. Passed mandatory laws, that is mandatory for everyone except them. Social security is a mess and why wouldn’t it be it is a Ponzi scheme just like those of Madoff, which he is in prison for. I don’t say that we who have been paid in for at 15.3% for all of our working lives should be cut off with nothing but I do say when it becomes apparent that it is a sham it should be replaced with voluntary system just like the teachers and railroad workers and politicians have.
