Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas received positive marks in a report from the conservative advocacy group Heritage Action for America on Monday, receiving praise on items ranging from limited government to national security.

In the group’s inaugural Presidential Platform Review, Mr. Cruz receives praise across the board in the areas of growth, opportunity, civil society, limited government, favoritism and national security.

Cruz REMINDS me so MUCH of Ronald Reagan, and this is the FIRST election where I have really been EXCITED about a candidate like Cruz, since Reagan!

Ted Cruz is the most qualified candidate running. He stands up and boldly says what he believes and he fights for what’s right. He doesn’t mince words. I would like to see Cruz with Carson as his running mate. Both are honorable men, and I believe they can restore honor to this country.

Ted Cruz is gaining support from many Constitutional conservatives. It is great, it has been a LONG time since we have had a candidate with Cruz’ qualities.
