Perry backs Trump as GOP remains divided over candidate

Former Texas Gov. Rick Perry on Thursday endorsed Donald Trump, a onetime GOP rival for president he once likened to a ‘cancer’ on American politics.

In an interview with CNN, Perry said he will do everything he can to get Trump elected, even as he acknowledged that the brash New York real estate mogul is not his ideal choice.

“He is not a perfect man. But what I do believe is that he loves this country and he will surround himself with capable, experienced people and he will listen to them,” Perry said in the interview from his home in Round Top.

I believe in the process, and the process has said Donald Trump will be our nominee and I’m going to support him and help him and do what I can.”

Good Deal!!!! Hopefully we can Texas in the Red State catergory, now if Jeb would just put on his Big Boy pants and fall inline, along with his family who Trump had supported, get over it, he is the candidate that many want, if it had been you, you would be calling him for support
