Republican Joe Arpaio, a close ally of President Trump and former sheriff known for his provocative approach to combatting illegal immigration, is running for Senate in Arizona.

The 85-year-old Arpaio could shake up the late August Republican primary in a critical open-seat race to replace retiring Sen. Jeff Flake, R-Ariz. Trump pardoned Arpaio last summer, sparing the former sheriff jail time after he was convicted of ignoring a federal court order in a racial-profiling case.

The polarizing yet iconic former Maricopa County sheriff, beloved by many conservatives for his hawkish immigration policies, presents an alternative to the unimpressive Kelli Ward and a potential obstacle to Rep. Martha McSally. She is expected to launch within days and is widely viewed as the Republicans’ strongest general election candidate.

In a telephone interview with the Washington Examiner, Arpaio shrugged off concerns about his age, dismissed Republican insiders’ anxiety that his poor reputation with nonwhite voters would put the seat in play for the Democrats in the midterm, and discussed plans to work with Trump on behalf of Arizona.

    We really need someone who will honor allegiance, with the will to start holding traitors to the Law of the Land… 2nd oath contains blood covenant ALLEGIANCE to “DEFEND WITHOUT ANY RESERVATION OR PURPOSE OF EVASION”! Therein, “ALL” means EVERYONE WITHIN GOVERNMENT!

    Article 6 “SHALL BE SUPREME LAW OF THE LAND”, “ANYTHING… TO THE CONTRARY NOTWITHSTANDING”, and “…ALL EXECUTIVE AND JUDICIAL OFFICERS (US & THE SEVERAL STATES) SHALL BE BOUND BY OATH OR AFFIRMATION TO SUPPORT THIS CONSTITUTION”! It’s ABSOLUTE!

    ENFORCE AMENDMENT 14… Section 1 “… No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States…”; Section 3 “No person shall… hold any office… having previously taken an oath… …(who) shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the (Constitution), or given aid or comfort to (its) enemies…”; and Section 4 “…neither the United States nor any State shall assume or pay any debt or obligation incurred in aid of insurrection or rebellion against the United States…”! 14-3 is same as arresting a killer in an alley… they must be arrested, held without bail, muzzled, removed from the crime scene, AND PROSECUTED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF LAW!
