Jeb Bush holds firm on immigration, Common Core as tea partiers lead CPAC walkout

February 27, 2015

Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush followed through Friday on his promise not to pander to the party’s activists base, standing his ground on a couple of thorny issues that most grass-roots conservatives can’t stomach.

In a highly anticipated appearance at the Conservative Political Action Conference, Mr. Bush did not waiver in his support for Common Core K-12 education standards and an immigration fix that legalizes the millions of people living here illegally.

“The simple fact is there is no plan to deport 11 million people,” Mr. Bush said. “We should give them a path to legal status.”

3 top GOP DONORS said they will pull their funding if Republicans don’t pass amnesty. They also said that the only way they will fund a candidate is if he boldly stands up for illegal amnesty, their pick was JEB BUSH. I guarantee you that I will NEVER vote for another RINO for president. I will sit out every election until there is a REAL conservative nominee.

If the GOPPERS push another idiot on us as Pres. candidate, we will just put the Dims in and block out allll Repubs to teach them a lesson they won’t learn any other way. What would that do to our Country? Would shake up all the politicians in both “parties.” How did we ever get so many filthy rotten greedy liars in our government… and so very few real Christian lovers of USA?

I think jeb bush is another ted kennedy and who needs that?

  • James in Texas says:

Mr. J. Bush, the “only reason” there is no “plan” to deport these 11 million illegals is because we have an “established Elite Class” who believe that the more welfare voters they have, the longer they will remain in the “Elite Class”! Every Oath you have every taken requires that you uphold the Laws and Defend the Constitution! Nowhere does the Oath call for “I will defend my special right to do what I want too, and you can do nothing about it!” Whatever happened to “being Proud of being just an American” non-hyphenated!
